AI-Powered Bug Descriptions with Easy Image & Video Attachments
Reviewed on Sep 23, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The AI recommendations for the bug description, along with the ability to attach images and videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search filters confuse me when I’m trying to search for a particular release. The filters don’t always feel clear, so I end up unsure which one to choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a software tester, so it helps me a lot. When I raise a bug for the respective individuals, it notifies the others who are already mentioned in it. Another useful feature is the history.

Fast, Integration-Rich, but Held Back by Dated UI, Weak Search & Limited Functionality
Reviewed on Sep 21, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It loads quite quickly, which is usually something that other project management systems struggle with. It also has a lot of third party integrations and a very large third part plug-in / app store.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX/UI is quite bad, it feels like a website out of the early 2000s. The search functionality is also quite poor, and it doesn't offer you great ways to filter or narrow down your search results - unless you want to learn Jira Query Language (JQL) to be able to search Jira properly. In terms of functionality, it falls quite far behind most of the competition like Asana, ClickUp or Monday.com. Dashboards are difficult to configure, and not as feature rich. They have recently integrated AI, but I find the implementation worse than competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was used as the main project management system, mostly for task management and allocation, and general project management. It does also have a decent service desk ticketing functionality.

The standard for tracking team tracking Defects and Requirements
Reviewed on Sep 20, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
For software engineering, Jira is unmatched. It makes bug tracking, feature requests, and release management incredibly organised. I love how easily you can link code commits and pull requests directly to individual Jira tickets. The automation engine is also a massive time-saver, allowing us to auto-assign tasks or move ticket statuses based on development triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality can be frustrating unless you know exactly how to write JQL queries. The default email notifications are also incredibly noisy, so you have to spend time configuring your notification settings immediately to avoid cluttering your inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates the chaos of tracking projects in spreadsheets or chat threads. It provides a centralized, digital blueprint for how work moves from "To Do" to "Done."

User-Friendly and Excellent for Collaboration
Reviewed on Sep 19, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like Jira because it's very user-friendly and has a simple UI, which helps me stay informed on the progress of activities. The simplicity makes it easy for anyone to use without being complex. I also appreciate the collaboration feature, especially being able to add watchers and involve people in incidents. It's effective for incident reporting and syncing with external tools like Salesforce. The initial setup was very easy too, just creating an account to start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is pretty good overall, but it would be great if they included some AI features. For example, if there were earlier tickets and you're about to report one, it could automatically notify you about related issues. That would make a big difference for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me track product enhancement requests and bug progress. Its user-friendly interface keeps me informed on activities with ease. The collaboration feature allows seamless integration with external tools like Salesforce, enhancing incident reporting and collaboration.

Clear, Organized Project Tracking That Keeps the Whole Team Aligned
Reviewed on Sep 19, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Jira is how clearly and neatly it helps manage projects and track progress. We can create stories and tasks, assign them to the right people, set priorities, follow the status of each item, and log the hours spent on different activities. This gives the team stronger visibility into overall progress, workload, and timelines. It also makes collaboration smoother, since everyone can easily see what still needs to be done, what’s currently in progress, and what has already been completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Jira is that it can start to feel a bit complex when you’re juggling lots of projects, stories, and tasks at once. Keeping tickets up to date with the right status, details, and logged work hours can also be time-consuming. On top of that, new users may need a while to get comfortable with all the features and workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps address the challenge of managing and tracking project work in one centralized place. It gives the team clear visibility into tasks, stories, priorities, progress, and work hours. As a result, it supports better collaboration, accountability, and planning, while also making it easier to spot pending work and monitor overall project progress.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is its unmatched flexibility for managing Agile workflows. KANBAN BOARD, Managing the BACKLOG tickets and Custome workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have much to add, but new users have difficulty understanding the admin-customized workflow, and there are too many mandatory fields in the sidebars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The project planner is immensely helpful for planning and tracking work, and for creating a customized workflow that fits my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the best for consolidating all our tickets in one place, and it’s also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s very difficult to find the ticket if I forget to bookmark it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me with my day-to-day tasks. When someone assigns me a task, they raise it in Jira, and I pick it up from there.

Jira Product Discovery has been helpful for planning my product roadmap. It makes it easier to organize ideas and keep my roadmap planning clear and on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing descriptions feels very outdated, and it’s far too easy to accidentally overwrite changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA helps coordinate work and keep everyone aligned across teams.
