What do you like best about the product?

I really like Bitwarden's UX because it solves almost everything on a single screen. I find the experience more direct, simple to understand, and efficient, without requiring the user to navigate through multiple screens to complete a task.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I don't like is that some information and settings are a bit hidden, requiring more navigation than I would like. Although I really like the idea of solving everything on a single screen, I think the hierarchy could make it clearer what the main action is and where to find certain settings.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In corporate use, Bitwarden primarily helps to centralize and securely share credentials among the team. It also facilitates access control, preventing passwords from being scattered or needing to be shared manually.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s a very fast and user-friendly solution in terms of its interface. The extension is very useful for always having an icon accessible in the browser, and the fact that I—as someone who works in the IT sector—can add SSH keys along with bank cards and other credentials is very convenient. Plus, being able to detach it and open it in a separate window is a real treat.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only downside is that sometimes the app feels a bit clunky, and when it comes to selecting multiple users for the same form, I prefer the way Zoho handles it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't have to come up with complicated passwords, I don't have to memorize them, and I know they're secure. Plus, I can generate them based on the parameters I choose. At work, I generate a lot of credentials and use existing ones. I don't have to go to the trouble of remembering them.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate how easy Bitwarden is to use. I also like the ability to generate passphrases and autofill websites, which are really handy features for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like that I have to lock the extension to get passwords that have been updated by a team or group. I wish it would auto update, but I understand for security purposes, that might not be possible. Also, the initial setup wasn't as easy as I'd like.

I use Bitwarden for secure password storage and generating passphrases. It simplifies my life by autofilling websites and is incredibly easy to use.

The integration with website input boxes is one of the best things, as it eliminates the need to consult a password file, decrypt, copy, and paste, which is an unpleasant process. This feature is extremely useful and makes using Bitwarden very practical. Additionally, I found the initial setup very easy and intuitive.

I have difficulty with Bitwarden's integration in desktop applications, both on Linux and Windows. This is a feature that currently does not exist and would need to be developed from scratch to be useful.

I use Bitwarden to avoid weak and old passwords and to have security without password files or notes. The integration with input boxes eliminates the need to copy and paste passwords, making everything easier.

The master password, strong and long, can be used as a phrase. Combined with 2-factor authentication.

The fact that it is open-source is good on one hand, but bad on the other, as it allows hackers access to the source code.

The fact that it allows using a phrase as a master key, along with encryption and 2-factor authentication, raises the security level and makes me feel more at ease.

What I like most about Bitwarden is its ease of use and the features that help improve day-to-day productivity. The vault syncs seamlessly across Firefox/Chrome extensions and other devices, making credentials available wherever I need them. The keyboard shortcuts for automatically filling usernames and passwords save a significant amount of time, and the integrated MFA code support makes authentication quick and effortless.

Working within a large IT team, Bitwarden simplifies both user onboarding and offboarding through effective role-based access controls and account management. The ability to securely access passwords and shared vaults from anywhere is extremely convenient and supports flexible working.

Overall, Bitwarden is a top-tier password management solution that is reliable, secure, and easy to manage. I would highly recommend it to any individual or organisation looking for a professional password management platform.

Bitwarden addresses the challenge of securely storing and managing credentials for both current and legacy systems. In many IT environments, access to older systems is still occasionally necessary, and having those credentials protected yet readily available saves significant time and effort.

The Notes feature is especially useful because it lets us keep important context alongside credentials, including system details, access procedures, support contacts, and configuration notes. As a result, we spend less time hunting for separate documentation, and day-to-day operations run more efficiently.

Bitwarden also makes knowledge transfer within the team easier. When staff document relevant information directly in vault entries, critical system knowledge is preserved and can be handed over smoothly during staff transitions, onboarding, and offboarding. This reduces reliance on individual team members and helps ensure continuity of support and administration.

I really like Bitwarden's interface and find it easy to use. Its security features for safeguarding important information are top-notch, and I love that it's reliable on both my mobile phone and browser. Accessing passwords is straightforward—just tap and copy. This ease of use, along with security and accessibility, makes Bitwarden extremely valuable to me. Setting it up was a breeze, just creating an account, downloading the extension, and importing passwords, and everything worked like a dream.

The browser extension is the standout feature for me. The autofill is fast and accurate, and it picks the right login almost every time—even when I have multiple accounts saved for the same site. That comes up a lot in security work, where I’m constantly juggling different logins across client systems and internal tools at ROOT. The extension also integrates cleanly with Chrome and doesn’t slow the browser down, unlike some password managers I’ve used before.

It reliably detects new logins and prompts me to save them right away, so my vault stays up to date without any extra effort. The lock/unlock flow—using a master password plus biometric unlock—is quick enough that it doesn’t interrupt my workflow, while still feeling secure for day-to-day use in a security-focused environment.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main improvement I’d like to see is more consistent autofill. On most sites it works perfectly, but on a handful of pages—especially some banking sites and internal tools—it either doesn’t trigger on its own or selects the wrong field. When that happens, I end up copying and pasting manually. It’s a small issue, but it breaks the “set it and forget it” experience I get almost everywhere else.

The UI also feels a bit dated compared to some competitors. It’s fully functional, but the design doesn’t feel as polished, and a few settings are tucked away several menus deep. None of this blocks my work; it just feels like there’s room for a refresh.

Before Bitwarden, the main risk was ending up with reused or weak passwords across different accounts and systems, which is a real liability in a security-focused environment like ROOT. Bitwarden addresses that by making it effortless to generate strong, unique passwords for every login and then autofill them instantly through the browser extension, so there’s no temptation to reuse credentials or write them down.

The benefit is both practical and security-focused: I don’t have to remember dozens of complex passwords, yet each account still has one that would take forever to crack. It’s given me real peace of mind knowing that even if one service gets breached, my other accounts aren’t automatically put at risk.

After using Bitwarden’s free plan for years and trying several other options, upgrading to the Families subscription was hands-down the best decision for our household's security. The clean UI/UX and seamless cross-platform integrations across iOS, Android, and web browsers make biometric autofill effortless on every device, finally replacing our bad habit of storing credentials in unencrypted tools like Google Keep. Vault performance is remarkably fast with instant syncing across accounts, while the generator intelligently creates high-entropy passwords on demand. Onboarding non-technical family members took just minutes, providing incredible ROI and total peace of mind for a fraction of the cost of competitors. I'm genuinely grateful this app exists.

What do you dislike about the product?

Just the fact that sometimes there are bugs in which it doesn't show me the log in credentials when wanting to fill the blanks. The rest is perfectly fine!

I use it to store my passwords safely, create passphrases, share credentials with my family easily, and sync everything across all my devices.
