What do you like best about the product?

I like that I can send, receive, and access my faxes anywhere and anytime with just an internet-connected device. The setup was a breeze, and I've transitioned smoothly from a POTs line and traditional fax. I have no complaints and I'm thrilled with the present service, rating it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

What do you dislike about the product?

I can not honestly think of anything I do like with the service.

I use eFax Online Fax Service for convenient faxing anywhere, anytime, with an internet-connected device.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s very simple to use. It keeps a clear record of everything I’ve sent or received, and it also lets me create drafts when I need to.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish the UI were more advanced and offered more features for the fax service, such as custom templates, the ability to insert logos or other images, and support for multiple recipients with CC or BCC options.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In HR, we often have to work with organizations that still rely on paper records, such as local tax entities or medical offices. Because of that, we need a way to send and receive documents with those places quickly and without delays.

What do you like best about the product?

easy to access using both web and mobile app. Good overall layout and fast launch times on mobile app with minimal delay for cloud syncing.

What do you dislike about the product?

need to download every attachment to view. Should have a way to preview faxes inline on both the website as well as the efax app

What do you like best about the product?

It’s easy to manage, and having a “fax number” can increase the feeling of security for some people compared with sending documents by email. I can then retrieve the generated files as a PDF attachment in my email, without any interruption to my workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?

At times, it can be a bit challenging to navigate the backend interface, especially when I’m trying to figure out how to do things like editing a subscription.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company no longer uses physical fax machines, so eFax has helped fill a critical gap in our services and keep our faxing needs covered.

What do you like best about the product?

efax is reliable and easy to use and provides confirmations of sent faxes as well as notifies when faxes are received. i also like the fax # is a new york number.

pricing is on the higher side and there have no offers to change the current rate plan we are using

replaces needed paper fax machine and keep a phone line available for faxes. it's on 24 hours per day

I appreciate that eFax Online Fax Service eliminates the need to pay for a separate telephone line and fax machine, which is quite convenient. The initial setup was very easy, which I really liked.

What do you dislike about the product?

Updating contacts is a bit tedious. I really wish there was a single button that I could use to delete contacts in my fax dialing or phone book that I don't need anymore.

eFax Online Fax Service saves me from paying for a separate telephone line or fax machine.

Ease of use, Address book, fax delivery confirmation emails.

What do you dislike about the product?

Difficulty receiving a billing invoice or statement. Also, the price seems high for our usage, which is about 2 sent faxes per month, and none received. Prior to this year, we sent about 3 faxes a year, and received none, but we have had this account since at least 2015.

It helps us handle urgent business matters that require fax communications when no other method will work.

I like that eFax Online Fax Service stores my contacts when I send a fax, so I can easily find them again without needing to write them down more than once. It's really convenient that once I enter the information, it's there whenever I need it. Using my computer and keyboard to send faxes makes the process a lot faster, and I don't need to deal with paper. This feature really stands out for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

I experienced some issues when eFax Online Fax Service upgraded from vFax. There were elements I preferred in the old system, but since it's been a while, I can't remember exactly what they were.

eFax Online Fax Service eliminates the need for paper and allows me to fax directly from my computer, speeding up the process. It also stores my contacts, so I don't need to remember them or enter them repeatedly.

Very, very slow transmission time, takes too long

I love how eFax Online Fax Service "always works and it's so simple to use" even without previous experience using a fax. The feature that stands out to me the most is "how it connects to my email and I receive faxes in my email." The setup process was "super simple."
