Notion has been a good space to keep information together, it's like a great drive for the team

I wish it integrated into other apps so I don't have to jump into Notion every time I needed to review a document

It keeps all my documents in one place and allows my team to share with each other

The user experience is the best I’ve ever seen.

sometimes it's a bit laggy and we can be limited by the free tier

I can easily add a new member to my project since the documentation and the calendar are already done

I like Notion's interface, and the way it allows integration with other tools like Slack and Google Calendar. I also appreciate that Notion helps me set goals and track whether I've achieved them.

What do you dislike about the product?

Notion was kinda hard to get used to at first, especially in the initial two days, as things were a bit messy for me. It's just a lot of taps I need to click on. Having some proper training provided by Notion would be amazing. Also, on the left sidebar, it would be great to be able to mark recents, private, team space, and that kind of stuff with different colors of your choice.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Notion to integrate with Slack and Google Calendar and to set and track personal goals.

What do you like best about the product?

I love Notion's clean, minimal interface which makes managing and keeping documents straightforward. It helps me create clean, crisp documents that don't feel overwhelming, unlike Google Docs which can look very raw. I appreciate the support for different tools like Mermaid and flowcharts for easy integration. The platform is also great for collaboration; the ability to comment and directly discuss documents with my team, like the technical design, inside Notion itself is very beneficial.

What do you dislike about the product?

Notion's copy-paste functionality is a bit of a pain. When I try to copy and paste from AI tools like Claude or GPT, the content doesn't render correctly, so I always need to use the import function instead. This makes it a hassle. I've installed an MCP to move content with a single prompt, but they really need to improve the direct copy-paste functionality to handle markdown formats better. Also, the initial setup wasn't totally simple; it took a bit of time to feel familiar.

Notion helps me create crisp, clean documents with an easy-to-use interface. It organizes my tasks efficiently, and the collaboration features like comments make it simple to discuss tasks with my team.

It makes it easy to take notes and create documents, and it also supports task and project management, among other things.

It feels complicated at first, with so many features and customization options. Some features also seem to depend on having a good internet connection, which can be a bit limiting at times.

It solves the problem of having data scattered across different apps. It provides better organization and improves productivity, making it easier to keep everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like using Notion to organize my day-to-day tasks and finances. It's also great for organizing projects in my organization. What stands out to me are the various templates and types of views available for these templates, which allow me to structure tasks effectively. Also, its integration with Google Calendar is incredibly useful for scheduling tasks with precise dates, making it a valuable tool for keeping everything in one place and properly organized.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes, Notion can feel messy and chaotic because it has a lot of features and windows. I think it would help if everything could be simplified and organized into a dashboard.

I like how easy it is to bring teams together, keep all the different information, tasks, and processes in one tool, and then do follow-ups.

I think it could integrate AI better to help create stronger, better-designed pages.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was a better solution for us, mainly because of its pricing. It helped us get rid of several different tools we were using to manage the team’s daily tasks, goals, and processes, by integrating everything into one single space.

What do you like best about the product?

Notion replaced three separate tools for us: wiki, task tracker and CRM with one workspace. Databases with linked views are the killer feature: the same list of clients shows up as a table for me, a kanban for the team and a calendar for deadlines, and it's all one source of truth. Pages load fast. API let us pipe campaign results in from our own scripts without any hacks.

What do you dislike about the product?

Permissions are still coarse - sharing a single database view with a client without exposing the rest of the workspace takes more workarounds than it should. Offline mode is unreliable and large databases (10k+ rows) get noticeably slow to filter.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion gives each of our client client one page with brief, lead lists and results linked together, so anyone on the team can pick up a project cold. Now we have fewer "where is the latest version" questions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Depository for work information, SOP, Policies etc

What do you like best about the product?

It's great for Note-Taking, Writing, Knowledge base and Wikis, really good integrations with Email and Calendar as well as AI chat integration. Notion provides great value for an all in one workspace for any team but for only one user the free tier seems to be enough.

What do you dislike about the product?

I has a little bit of a steep learning curve but with some focus you get there.

It's great for note taking during meetings and helps me write better while drafting documents for example.
