What do you like best about the product?

I mainly use the integrations: I schedule meetings through Setmore, and I also connect it with Fathom for note-taking, along with the notes Zoom captures.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it’s hard for customers to know how to use all the options and settings, so it could be more user-friendly and easier to navigate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Note-taking has been much easier for me. I don’t have to write down literally everything during meetings anymore, because I rely a lot on the meeting summaries Zoom provides.

What do you like best about the product?

The UI is friendly and easy to use. It includes many useful features. I find it commonly used.

What do you dislike about the product?

It runs outside the browser and isn’t integrated with Google Calendar.

Easy to connect and simple to use. The video and audio quality are excellent.

A better custom selection of backdrops is needed for the screens.

Zoom has improved the video blurring that used to happen when multiple users were on a call.

I like how easy it is to switch between the contact center for calls (both inbound and outbound) and Zoom meetings. I also appreciate being able to customize my account to fit my needs.

So far, I haven’t found a single feature in my Zoom account that I dislike.

Zoom helps bridge the space between remote workers.

What do you like best about the product?

ITS EASY TO USE and very friendly with users. I like how intuitable the interphase is and how easy is to integrate with other devices and platforms. Good performance overall and good customer support.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it is not too able to edit certain settings, AI assistant might not be the best if you compare with other AI. Better to have a good team to use better pricing plans

It just works — clients can join from a link with no account and no setup friction, which matters when you're meeting non-technical stakeholders. Screen sharing and recording are reliable, and call quality has been consistently good even on weaker connections abroad.

What do you dislike about the product?

The free tier's 40-minute group limit forces you onto a paid plan fast. Back-to-back days of video calls are draining, but that's the format, not the tool. It can be a bit heavy on older laptops.

Face-to-face client communication without travel — I can present designs, share my screen, and record walkthroughs for anyone who couldn't attend.

The stability during video calls, the ease of sharing screen instantly, and the overall audio and video clarity when hosting meetings with large teams

Sometimes the frequent software updates force a last-minute restart right before a meeting, which can be frustrating. Also, the interface can occasionally feel cluttered, especially when too many new features are added at once.

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of connecting remote team members and clients across different locations. It helps us streamline meeting workflows, reduce travel time, and maintain clear, face-to-face communication. Overall, it makes it easier for us to stay aligned and keep conversations moving, even when everyone is in different places.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoom workplace is easy to use on my laptop. I click on the link and then I get connected to the call. Also, I am asked whether I would like to use my video camera before it is used, and that helps protect my privacy. When I set up a call, I have the options to receive notifications when someone enters the chatroom, require my approve and set up break room, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?

Setting up a Zoom call can be quite complicated the first few times. It took me multiple trials to set up calls using a particular meeting room, as my company has integrated the location options into Zoom, and used it as a way to reserve the room.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

First and foremost, the video call is the most useful thing to connect people in the virtual meetings. Within the call, one can text each other, share documents, enter break rooms and do presentation with drawing possibility. Zoom can be run on both my laptop and my phone, so I can attend meetings on the go.

It makes online meetings and collaboration simple and reliable. The video and audio quality are generally good, and features like screen sharing, chat, meeting recording, and team collaboration make it useful for both classes and work.

Sometimes networking issues facing so it's not good but good for metting

It solves the problem of communicating and collaborating remotely. It allows me to attend online classes, meetings, and discussions without needing to be in the same location as others.
