Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This contract covers two pricing dimensions that work together. You pay for access to Custom Agents and Agentic Systems, which delivers the AI agents customized to your needs. Separately, you pay an overage charge for Agent Token use per contract. Token usage measures how much the agents process, so this dimension scales with your actual consumption beyond what your contract includes. The two dimensions are independent: one grants access, the other bills for usage above your committed level. This lets your cost track both platform access and real agent activity.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
You get access to AI agents customized to your needs, plus agentic systems built on AWS. These support governed AI adoption, approved data access boundaries, output review, and policy alignment. Access is billed per unit, separate from any token usage charges.
Token usage measures how much the agents process. The overage dimension applies only when your token consumption goes beyond the amount included in your contract. You pay per overage unit for that excess. Usage within your committed level does not trigger this charge.
The two dimensions bill independently and both can appear on your invoice. Access to Custom Agents and Agentic Systems is a fixed charge per unit. Token overage varies with actual agent activity. If your usage stays within contract, only the access charge applies.
