Asante Cloud - AI Governance, Security & AI/Token Spend Assessment

Asante Cloud helps commercial, federal, state, and local organizations govern AI, strengthen security and compliance readiness, and understand AI/token spend and cloud spend. This 2-4 week assessment is the entry point to Asante Cloud's Assess, Implement, and Monitor model - establishing a current-state baseline and prioritized roadmap before controls, technologies, or managed services are implemented.

The assessment is technology-neutral and platform-agnostic, covering generative AI governance, AI agent security, shadow AI, Claude and other enterprise AI adoption readiness, and AI/token and cloud spend optimization.

Phase 1 - Discovery and Inventory Identify AI use, tools, stakeholders, environments, and spend sources across your organization.

Phase 2 - Governance, Security and Spend Assessment Evaluate governance maturity, security exposure, model and vendor risk, AI/token spend, cloud spend, and framework alignment.

Phase 3 - Findings and Prioritization Establish risk and spend baselines and prioritize remediation based on impact and urgency.

Phase 4 - Executive Readout and Roadmap Deliver prioritized findings and a clear Assess, Implement, and Monitor roadmap to leadership.

The assessment aligns with NIST AI RMF, the NIST Generative AI Profile, ISO/IEC 42001, SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and customer-specific regulatory, security, and contractual requirements.

Deliverables may include an AI inventory, risk-prioritized findings, compliance and governance gaps, spend-optimization opportunities, recommended policies and controls, target-state recommendations aligned with AWS best practices, and an executive roadmap presentation.

Following the assessment, Asante Cloud can separately implement governance policies, security controls, compliance workflows, AWS-native solutions, and cost-management practices. Solutions may incorporate AWS services, Asante Cloud's AWS-built solutions, CloudGov.ai and TokenShield, Vanta, and applicable security and Zero Trust technologies from providers such as CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Okta, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Fortinet, Proofpoint, Wiz, Cisco, and Varonis.

Asante Cloud can also provide recurring AI governance, compliance evidence, security-posture, and AI/token and cloud spend monitoring. Implementation, licensing, and monitoring are optional follow-on services scoped through customer-specific private offers.

This assessment serves SaaS, AI, AWS-based, growth-stage, regulated, and private-equity-backed organizations, as well as federal agencies, state and local governments, and public-safety organizations.

Each assessment is delivered as a fixed-scope engagement via AWS Marketplace Private Offer, scoped by company size, environments, and complexity. Typical duration is 2-4 weeks.

Buyer participation includes: Business and technical stakeholders, AI and cloud architecture information, AI and tool inventory where available, security and governance policies, vendor and model information, AI/token and cloud usage or billing data where available, and compliance documentation.
