U-Analyze uses a single pricing dimension called U-Analyze Max (Users). You pay per named agent, meaning each individual user assigned to the platform counts toward your cost. Your total scales directly with the number of named agents you enroll. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or usage-based add-ons to choose from. This is a contract-based purchase, so pricing applies over your committed term. To adjust cost, you increase or decrease the count of named agents covered under the agreement.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one named agent for billing under U-Analyze Max (Users)?
A named agent is an individual user account assigned to the platform. Each person you enroll counts as one, regardless of how many conversations they handle. Billing follows the number of assigned accounts, not activity level or call volume analyzed.
Does the number of conversations analyzed affect what I pay?
No. Cost is driven by named agent count, not conversation volume. The platform can analyze every customer interaction without adding per-conversation charges. To change cost, you adjust how many named agents are covered under your agreement.
What happens to my cost if I add more agents mid-term?
Because billing is per named agent, adding agents increases your covered count and your cost scales with that number. Reducing enrolled agents lowers it. The exact quantity is set under your contract term, so changes apply to the agreement's agent count.

I really like how Conversation Insights Agent automatically summarizes customer pain points, which allows me to present reports to our operations team across multiple properties. This platform has reduced the manual effort of analyzing guest calls by automatically identifying key concerns and highlighting pain points. Plus, the initial setup was clear and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it misses context, especially with mixed language or hotel-specific terms. It would be more helpful if it could better recognize updated hotel terms, property names, room types, and fluctuating room rates. Improving property-specific training could make a big difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conversation Insights Agent to analyze calls, identify common concerns, and generate insights. It reduces manual effort by automatically identifying and summarizing key pain points, aiding in guest service and reporting improvements across properties.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how I am able to quickly see important notes from my conversations with customers without having to review the entire conversation. AI summarized views and sentiment allow me to better prepare follow-ups and understand the customers true concern.
What do you dislike about the product?

Real-Time Insights That Surface Churn Drivers and Viewer Friction Fast
Reviewed on Aug 17, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about conversation Insights agent is its ability to perform real-time, natural language processing and sentiment analysis across thousands of concurrent customer touchpoints. For our media streaming platform, automatically surfacing churn drivers, buffering complaints , and intent signals directly into our observability pipelines allows us to proactively address viewer friction before it impacts subscriber retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about conversation insights agent is that its real-time entity recognition can occasionally generate false positives during high-volume, multi-party audio streams or noisy audio inputs. Additionally, customizing domain-specific intent taxonomies and tweaking fine-grained confidence score thresholds requires a fair amount of manual tuning before the analytical output stabilizes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversation insights Agent solves the challenge of manually analyzing high-volume viewer feedback by automatically extracting sentiment and key issues from unstructured customer interactions. For our OTT streaming platform, this let us instantly catch buffering spikes or UI friction before they into subscriber churn.
