AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing bills on a single dimension: per user. You pay for each team account you add, so your cost scales with the number of editors, writers, and reviewers on the platform. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes here. Instead, your total depends on how many user seats you need. The vendor calibrates a quote around your setup, which can include factors like workspaces, languages, and security needs, but the Marketplace charge itself is measured per user.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing on this per-user plan?
A user is a team account: an editor, writer, or reviewer who logs in to create or manage content. Each such account counts as one billable user. Reader accounts, which grant login access to private knowledge bases, are separate and not the same as team accounts.
How does my cost change as I add more editors or reviewers?
Cost scales directly with the number of team accounts. Each editor, writer, or reviewer you add is billed as one more user. The vendor notes other setup factors like workspaces, languages, and security needs shape the quote, but the Marketplace charge itself meters per user.
Are visual authoring add-ons like screen capture or interactive demos included in the per-user charge?
No. Features in the AI Premium Suite, such as screen capture, step-by-step guides, interactive demos, and video recording, are optional add-ons. The AI chatbot is also an add-on. These sit outside the per-user dimension, so they are not covered by the user seat charge alone.

Our SOPs Finally Stay Up to Date Thanks to Review Reminders

What do you like best about the product?
The automated Review Reminders and State Article Management features keep our knowledge base continuously accurate. We can set custom expiration intervals (e.g., every 90 days) on sensitive SOPs. When a document is due for verification, Document360 automatically pings the assigned owner to review, update, and re-approve the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you assign all document reviews to a single manager instead of distributing ownership across team leads, their inbox will quickly get overwhelmed with automated review alerts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to rely on forgotten calendar reminders and manual spreadsheets to track document freshness, resulting in staff following outdated policies. Automated reminders keep our entire knowledge base accurate without requiring manual oversight.

Helpful, Kept the field teams moving with Offline Access to Critical SOPs

Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to export and maintain offline documentation packs is a game-changer for our field operations.
Whether our engineers are working in remote facilities, underground sites, or locations with highly restricted internet access, they can take essential, fully formatted operating procedures with them on portable devices without missing a beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to establish a strict internal routine for periodically updating offline exports so that field employees are not accidentally relying on cached files that are months out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Field staff used to get completely stalled whenever internet connections dropped, forcing them to call central dispatch or guess their way through complex technical procedures.
Offline documentation keeps operations running smoothly regardless of connectivity.
