Ocean by React is sold on an annual subscription basis and is generally non-refundable. If you experience a billing error or a technical issue that prevents use of the service, contact us at ocean@react.org within 30 days and we will work with you to resolve it, including a pro-rated credit or refund where appropriate. Refunds are processed through AWS Marketplace.
