What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Bynder is having all our creative assets in one central place. It makes it easy to find, organise, and share the right files, helping teams stay aligned and use the latest approved content. It’s particularly useful for keeping creative delivery organised and making collaboration smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike about Bynder. Feedback is taken into account, and features are regularly improved once issues or suggestions are flagged. There’s always room for small refinements, but it’s reassuring to see the platform evolve in response to users’ needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder helps us keep creative assets organised and accessible in one central place, reducing time spent searching for files, sharing delivery links, and checking whether we’re using the latest approved version. Its straightforward interface makes finding and sharing content easier, which supports smoother collaboration across Creative and CRM.
The biggest return for us is time saved and less duplicated work, helping us get more value from the assets we already create. Integrations and AI-assisted discovery offer opportunities to simplify that workflow further, although their value depends on your setup and how you use them. Responsive support and a willingness to act on feedback also help us keep improving the way we work.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Bynder is how easy it is to use. It has made finding images much faster and has helped us keep everything much more organized. The AI features are also a great addition and make searching and managing our assets even easier. The onboarding process also made what initially felt like an overwhelming task feel much more manageable and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. Bynder is a great platform, but the cost can be difficult to justify when there have been so many budget cuts to the college.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is solving the problem of having our digital assets scattered across different places and making it difficult to find what we need. It gives us one organized place to store and manage our images, which saves a lot of time when searching for assets. It also makes it easier to keep our photography organized and accessible to the people who need it.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding team, John and Melissa, were fantastic to work with! They made the process easy to understand, helped with questions and kept us on track. Great communication and follow up as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback was that the tagged/keywords doesn't migrate with the file - they come on after the file has been migrated, which did cause some having to review the migrated file multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have any current problems being solved.

What do you like best about the product?
We desperately needed a better file organization system that allows us to easily locate and maintain updates to image assets. Bynder allows us to do that and easily share out those assets
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows are a little clunky compared to tasks in Salsify, for instance, to help internal uploaders and reviewers account for every step

It is allowing us to have one source of truth for product images and documents and allowing us to easily share out those assets with sales reps and others
