EBA Production RAG Prototype: 5-Day GenAI Sprint

Applogika delivers a focused five-day Experience-Based Accelerator that turns an enterprise generative AI idea into a working Retrieval-Augmented Generation prototype. The engagement uses Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases, AWS Lambda, and appropriate enterprise data sources to demonstrate how customer knowledge can be made accessible through generative AI.

During the sprint, Applogika configures an agreed content source, prepares ingestion and retrieval workflows, connects the selected Amazon Bedrock model, configures representative prompts and retrieval settings, and validates business questions against the customer's data. Customer stakeholders can review and demonstrate the working prototype during the engagement. The sprint concludes with architecture documentation, findings, identified production gaps, security and scalability considerations, and a recommended path for moving the prototype toward production.
