Useful for Insights, But Still Evolving

What do you like best about the product?
I use the HubSpot Data Hub to generate reports and dashboards. It helps me cross-reference information from various objects within HubSpot, providing the necessary data to support my marketing team. Additionally, it gives me insights based on these reports, which is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom account properties are still not well defined and sometimes end up pulling data from the default properties. For example, I use the "Marketing qualified date" property to define my MQLs, but HubSpot always resorts to the "lifecycle stage" even if it doesn't have the "MQL" state in my account. This can be frustrating as it interferes with how I define and monitor my lead qualifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Data Hub helps me cross-reference information from various objects and obtain necessary data for the marketing team. It provides insights based on reports but still has room to evolve. Additionally, the datasets do not always refresh at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s awesome to have access to the technical aspect of our HubSpot instance. I appreciate the table view showing associations and visual layout of our data.

What do you like best about the product?
Data Hub is a fantastic way to help ensure more people can access integration management in a streamlined, user-friendly way, especially when it comes to APIs and data sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation has a lot of potential for improvement. Overall, it’s a pretty easy experience, but there are some parts that require a page refresh or a lot of swapping between pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s allowing me to connect integrations and data sheets to HubSpot more easily, so HubSpot can serve as a source of truth while I continue building team adoption and standing up the CRM configuration.

What do you like best about the product?
The sky is the limit with this system! The custom code is phenomenal, and if you know Python or Java—or you’re just a vibe coder working with AI—this system can do MAGIC 👍
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, there is nothing that I do not like about this system, previously known as Operations Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use this to enrich my workflows. I can write code and choose whether or not to include the API endpoints, and I can do just about anything with it. Another thing we use it for is pulling data to and from our SIS system 👍
