What do you like best about the product?

Additional Trainings that cover more topics specifically outside of IT areas

What do you dislike about the product?

Cost. We have tight budgets. Additional more trainings related to Higher Education or current topics such as GLBA but with Higher Ed in mind instead of just Financial Institutions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Additional trainings in one location for the majority of our Institutional training requirements.

What do you like best about the product?

I love the training material and the variety of training items that KnowBe4 Compliance Plus provides. I also appreciate the simulated phishing tests, which keep employees alert to phishing threats despite existing spam filters and security measures. These tests are beneficial in bringing potential issues to our attention. I found the initial setup very simple, thanks to the excellent support from their customer service and IT teams, who were great during the setup process.

What do you dislike about the product?

I believe updating the video training materials and adding more to the Compliance Plus program would be beneficial. Also, having training that may pertain to third party administrators and people who are in the insurance industry. More tests and quizzes and just adding more materials to choose from. We are a COBRA billing administrator, software company, and eligibility and enrollment company.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus keeps my team updated on compliance initiatives, ensures data security, and maintains PHI and PII safety. Their phishing training makes employees vigilant against potential threats, adding another layer of protection.

What do you like best about the product?

The videos are updated frequently and the quality has improved over the past year. They look more professional and are not too long.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are still some modules that need updating - especially using the PAB. These need to be more current and professional.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Causing employees to think before they click. By using Compliance Plus for other mandated trainings such as Sexual Harassment Training, we are able to centralize most of our training in the KnowBe4 platform.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is easy to use, you create the training campaign, find the trainings you want to assign to personnel and voila, you're good to go. The pricing along with the wide trainings library was the main reason we switched. The initial setup was pretty easy because we had a dedicated account manager who patiently walked us through all steps and even did the onboarding twice.

What do you dislike about the product?

The IdP integration needs to be smoother, as sometimes it fails, creating discrepancies. This requires me to re-sync manually or sometimes kill the integration and redo it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use KnowBe4 Compliance Plus for HIPAA and Cybersecurity trainings. It helps get compliance controls done, requiring personnel to complete necessary trainings easily by creating a campaign and assigning courses.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the diversity of topics that KnowBe4 Compliance Plus offers. It's really important to me that it covers a wide range of topics, especially in legal and HR content like code of conduct and harassment, which means I don't have to look for additional solutions elsewhere. The platform truly acts as a one-stop shop for all corporate training needs, covering most of the required topics without needing to engage other vendors.

What do you dislike about the product?

Topics that could be improved, implementation process (CSM).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is a complete solution for training needs, covering AI, information, and email security. It's a one-stop shop, preventing me from needing multiple vendors for diverse training, including HR and legal content.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate the automated campaigns. As a team of one, it has really saved me a lot of administrative time.

What do you dislike about the product?

It's price and there are many trainings we do not use and some that would be helpful. I haven't had time to create customized trainings.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Title IX training complaince. Title VI, VII, and IX prevention work.

We really like being able to compile courses based on our users’ needs and the topics they need to complete.

What do you dislike about the product?

To release courses to specific teams, we have to set up additional groups instead of using their department or line of business for distribution. This feels redundant and could lead to inefficiencies later on.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

KnowBe4 provides compliance courses for our users, along with tools to test comprehension and track progress, ensuring everyone completes the required training. It also offers additional courses that enhance knowledge, giving users the option to take other classes that interest them.

I like the phi/pii training provided by KnowBe4 Compliance Plus. The ease of use is great, and the initial setup was easy.

Easy for everyone to use. That it can be filtered by sector and it updates regularly

So far, I’ve not found anything I don’t like! KnowBe4 makes this very easy for our company. I’m tired of Fish. I don’t want this.
