What do you like best about the product?

I really like Gatekeeper's organization features, especially the steps and workflow. It's great that everyone can see the status, making it easier for us to chase colleagues to get vendors on the system.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes Gatekeeper is not linked to NetSuite correctly, which causes problems. Suppliers can get stuck, and we also have difficulties transmitting the bank details.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gatekeeper organizes vendor setup and provides transparency in workflows, making it easier to track progress and chase colleagues. However, sometimes it struggles with Netsuite integration, causing issues with supplier setup and bank detail transmission.

What do you like best about the product?

Visibility, control, compliance. Control spend. Reduce risk. End-to-end contract governance. Contract visibility and control.

What do you dislike about the product?

Additional governance and approval stages can increase lead times before vendors can be engaged or spend can be committed. Higher administrative burden.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Control spend, reduce risk, and improve procurement governance.

What do you like best about the product?

Strong contract visibility – You can quickly see key dates, obligations, and renewal terms without digging through documents. That alone prevents a lot of missed deadlines and surprise auto-renewals.

Reporting is hard and basic and no integration with our platforms

Its user friendly and allows for quick signing

Gatekeeper is an easy-to-connect tool. It has a powerful API, and it provides a great solution as a CLM.

What do you dislike about the product?

Gatekeeper is great at what it does, and it offers a wide variety of connectors. That said, it’s still missing a connector for Power Automate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automated workflows make contract creation easier, with clear version history and redlining to track edits. The AI monitoring of changes helps me stay on top of updates, and the dashboards and reminders are useful for keeping track of contract end dates.

What do you like best about the product?

Gatekeeper is stellar as a robust access control solution with several impressive strengths. First and foremost, its automated security protocols simplify user management, making it ideal for businesses that value both efficiency and security. The hands-free authentication feature reduces friction at login, streamlining workflows without compromising data protection.

The impressive feature is the real-time tracking and audit logs provide peace of mind, giving administrators clear visibility into user activity. It integrates well with existing IT infrastructure, offering flexibility for small teams or enterprise-level environments.

Yet, best of all, Gatekeeper’s proximity-based login/logout system feels futuristic and intuitive—it just works as expected and sold to us.

What do you dislike about the product?

I gave it a 9 and not a 10 for this reason, the initial setup and configuration was a bit technical, requiring more IT support than expected.We made the wise decision to purchase a block of professional service support for this reason. It’s a smart move.

Gatekeeper streamlined access control, of several vendor management systems, turning security into a seamless background process that supports rather than disrupts daily operations.

What do you like best about the product?

The ease of use, integration, and implementation, as well as the simple centralized features, and the frequency at which I use it at my workplace.

What do you dislike about the product?

The customer support is not very quick; it has a long response time.

I like the centralized dashboard for all my vendors and contracts in a single place, and the ease of integration with Salesforce.

The biggest advantage of Gatekeeper is that it manages contract records in an extremely user-friendly way. Automated notifications help ensure that nothing slips past deadlines, and documents are easy to retrieve. The reporting function is especially useful for management.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the customization options are limited, especially when setting up fields for different contract types. In addition, the system sometimes slows down with larger data sets, which degrades the user experience.

- Intransparent contract management: Previously, documents were scattered, in different folders and tables.
- Forgetting about expiration dates: There was no automatic notification of expiring or renewing contracts.
- Information gap between users: Contract management was not available to all affected colleagues.
- Delayed approval processes: Paper-based or email-based processes slowed down decision-making.

It's ease of use and less complex features.

Needs work on their APIs. These can be a challenge when it comes to connecting multiple tools

This platform is a really good for the contract management. Very good support and easy integration. Easy for implementation

Nothing to dislike as of now. If anything i found, I'll update.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was one of the easiest software implementations I have been involved with. Much of the setup work was able to be completed without direct involvement from Gatekeeper.

What do you like best about the product?

It is easy to use and has a beautiful user interface. It helps me keep an eye on every contract. It is easy to implement.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is also difficult to customize also a little bit expensive.

Using gatekeeper I do not have to worry about contract management. I do not have to look at 10 different tools to manage my vendor and contracts.
