WalkMe DAP
Digital guidance has transformed change management and has improved employee training and data quality
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for WalkMe is to conduct the change management transformation of the group. A specific example of how I use WalkMe for change management and transformation within the group is the decommission of old software for a new one, which requires training employees.
What is most valuable?
WalkMe helps me train employees during the transition from old software to new software by allowing us to discover friction points, and then we create content to help employees use the software. It also provides a way to communicate directly to the end user.
The best features WalkMe offers are the step-by-step guides and the tooltips. The step-by-step guides and tooltips help my users by greeting them with a welcome message when they open the software for the first time and providing a tour of the app to discover it. The tooltips help the user pick up the right information when they fill out a form.
WalkMe has positively impacted my organization by increasing employee satisfaction, reducing support tickets, decreasing mistakes, and improving data integrity.
What needs improvement?
WalkMe can be improved by making a way to build natively according to the knowledge we had of the software. WalkMe's AI capabilities are a good start, but they could have more options and need to be improved.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using WalkMe since 2020.
What was our ROI?
Regarding WalkMe's AI capabilities, I think it is great, but what we do not know yet is the ROI behind it.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using WalkMe is to think of the why and which business pain point you are going to solve. I would rate this review 9 out of 10.
