I like how DeCYFIR consolidates threat intelligence into a single platform and adds helpful context on threat actors, campaigns, vulnerabilities, and exposure. This makes investigations smoother and helps us prioritize the most relevant threats more quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?

The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first. With so many features and data points available, new users may need some time to get comfortable with the interface and understand the workflows.

It helps us overcome fragmented threat intelligence and gives us clearer visibility into external threats. Having IOCs, threat actors, vulnerabilities, and exposure information all in one place cuts down on manual research and enables our analysts to investigate and prioritize threats more efficiently.

DeCYFIR is helpful because it brings contextual threat intelligence together in one place. Rather than only presenting raw IOCs, it connects threat actors, campaigns, vulnerabilities, and potential exposure, which makes investigations smoother and helps security teams prioritize much faster.

The biggest downside for me is that the user experience can feel fairly complex for new users. With so many features, menus, and data points presented at once, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed at first, and the initial learning curve can be relatively steep.

DeCYFIR helps address the challenge of fragmented threat intelligence and limited visibility into external threats. It consolidates information on threat actors, campaigns, IOCs, vulnerabilities, and external exposure in one place, which makes it easier to spot relevant threats and understand their potential impact. For our security operations, this reduces manual research, improves threat prioritization, and helps analysts investigate and respond more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about DeCYFIR by CYFIRMA is how it gives a clear view of the external threat landscape while turning threat intelligence into actionable information. The platform brings together exposed assets, potential risks, threat actors, and relevant indicators in one place, which makes it easier for me to prioritize investigations and response efforts. I also find the dashboards and the added context around threats especially helpful for supporting SOC monitoring, threat hunting, and overall risk assessment.

What do you dislike about the product?

One area that could be improved is the overall user experience, especially when navigating between different modules and reviewing large volumes of threat data. At times, the workflow feels overly complex.

For me, it’s valuable because it brings contextual threat intelligence together in a single platform, enabling faster investigations, clearer prioritization, and more efficient SOC monitoring and threat-hunting activities.

What I like most is the dark web and brand monitoring. It makes it easy to quickly spot threats such as fake domains or data leaks, without having to dig around too much.

Attack surface should also start focusing on Security for AI

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

My overall experience with DeCYFIR has been good. It really helps in tracking external threats like phishing domains and leaked data. It saves a lot of manual effort, though sometimes we still need to validate alerts.

I like that it provides everything that is currently happening in the cyber world and shows real-world data. Another thing I like is the data representation and the colour combination used to highlight important things.

Adding an Agentic AI capability to DeCYFIR could help improve proactive threat analysis, streamline workflows, and make the platform more effective overall.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a decent experience a user it provides everything in one place, so new users don't need to compare things. It provides decent data for clients and helps manage things well. I like the small features like score patterns and the highlight system. For first-time users it feels a little bit messy but once you start using it the data representation looks good.

What i like most about this product is that Compromised Account / Asset(PII CII), and Attack surface-Cloud weakness and Risk Dossier (IOC, Malware, campaign & Threat actor)
And Also I like Cyber Education-training content is categorized based on industry, geography, and technology.

What do you dislike about the product?

Cloud bucket coverage, Confidential files exposure basis the classification on the platforms that are popular in the client's geo is missing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In one platform different types of cybersecurity intelligence, it makes easy to monitor. Tracking leaked credentials,dark web mentions, exposed assets lik sensitive data. The alerts are also useful and all are configurable based on user roles. it became very helpful for day-to-day threat monitoring. And cyber education is also useful for security awareness.

"The comprehensive nature of the Alert Center and its detailed and relevant insights have been very useful to our ability to deal with our Attack Surface and Vulnerabilities. The categorization of these sections along with the details they provide have been invaluable to deal with these threat actors and vulnerabilities.

The Email notification on MSSP Child organization generated by Alert System of DeCYFIR is on time but requires more details which provides better curated result to the Parent Organization.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

DeCYFIR has been a highly productive and satisfying experience. The dashboards and Alert Center has provided us a comprehensive way to get ahead of any attack vectors and threats that might beset us. The highly relevant and detailed Alert system has provided a way to deal with Attack Surfaces and Vulnerabilities early and effectively. The system supported our needs very effectively.

What do you like best about the product?

The standout features I like the most are the following:
1. The way incidents are presented makes it easy to understand without much deep digging and saves a lot of time for analysis. From vulnerabilities, exposed assets to ransomware and impersonations/fakings/leaks, it covers a wide range of threat areas with dynamic suggestions.
2. Decyfir platform provides the geography-based filtering for the news, which avoids the unwanted global news and focuses on relevant news.
3. Decyfir provides all sorts of risks in one place, which reduces exploring multiple products and makes the daily operations easier.

What do you dislike about the product?

Increase the prominence of the golden thread in threat visualization to clearly convey its importance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

For the past year, we have been using DeCYFIR as our primary threat intelligence platform, and it's been a good experience. The product has alerts and IOCs to areas like ransomware, deepfake videos accuracy calculation, Domain monitoring, weak certificates, zero-day vulnerabilities, Impersonations, open ports and many more.
It helps us to identify risks early, before they turn into bigger issues. The details of each and every incident are clearly described so that the user will be able to understand the impact and take appropriate actions by analysing the severity. In addition, Decyfir has an integration option to push the data to different cybersecurity tools "

What do you like best about the product?

I primary work with Brand Intelligence, it help in detecting and recognizing the impersonating brand page / personal page which may impact brand value. The platform list out all potential brand threat and accompanied by Takedown Service, it helps to proactively to takedown these threats.

What do you dislike about the product?

Enabling exposure quantification would provide clearer insights and help make better remediations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It covers all the modern day cyberspace threats. Attack Surface has helped in finding shadow domains. Digital Risk provides compromised accounts and assets. Brand Intelligence help recognize brand infringement and impersonating. Supported by Takedown it helps in takedown infringed website / social media pages quick. Thus protecting brand value.

What do you like best about the product?

The best part of the product has been how comprehensive of a platform DeCYFIR is. It provided great visibility and recommendations to deal with all cyber security challenges. They also keep the product dynamic and updated for the changes in the global threat landscape. This allows us to rely on their proactive actions to make us aware of threats via their alert center dashboard.

Source code exposure data can be improved further with more relevancy and proof

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The DeCYFIR platform has been a real gem in our overall threat assessment and solution strategy. We have been able to leverage all of its incredible resources, recommendations and reports to deal with all of our security challenges. The platform is highly intuitive to use and to deep dive into analyzing our threats and dealing with them effectively and early. And the simplicity of use doesn't take away from the detailing and correlation of the data points. Overall a really satisfying ongoing experience.
