What do you like best about the product?

I find Jamf incredibly valuable for easily managing an Apple environment, especially in higher education and healthcare settings. I particularly like Jamf Pro for its ability to simplify Mac management and keep up with Apple's OS cadence. I'm also a fan of Jamf Protect, which enhances security management. Overall, these features make my job smoother and more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

Compliance for healthcare could be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jamf helps me manage Apple devices at the university, simplifying Mac management in education and healthcare and aligning with Apple OS updates.

Well organized and integrated and ready day 1 feature

What do you dislike about the product?

Features are most in beta and takes a year to be fully functional

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ability to detect AI agents and feature improvement for platform SSO

What do you like best about the product?

Jamf allows us to do more with less. Being Apple First, we never have to wait for them to support any and everything that Apple sends our way.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are too many logins, though this is a bit of a necessary evil with the move to Jamf Account as the hub.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

AI Governance. It’s easier to sell Jamf and easier to give our clients visibility into what their users are using.

DDM & Blueprints are the newest things I’m playing around with.

I haven’t found too many things I dislike about the platform yet.

Compliance and DDM is helping with security and automated enablement

Deploying apps and devices. I’m happy to work with blueprints to further lockdown devices

Everyone’s willingness to help when you have an issue and the ease of use

Not much to add—it's been extremely useful, and whenever feedback comes up, it’s acted on quickly.

It’s easy to apply patches and keep the device compliant, which makes ongoing maintenance straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?

I love how easy it is to manage our fleet of 700+ devices. I can easily review the status of a device and push out any updates or apps that my users need

What do you dislike about the product?

Certain new features can be tricky to implement. We had a few issues with Self Service+ when we launched it, and it kinda messed up Jamf connect.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can track and manage our devices much easier than our Windows devices in the fleet. We love it for labs and how easy it is to control what apps are provided and how students log in

I like that jam makes it fairly easy to package software and deploy it to end users

It’s not always very intuitive. I’ve had to do a lot of research on my own time when problems arise.

The blueprints I think will solve a lot of our issues

Seamless usage with our mac and iPad fleet with little to no headaches when configuring devices

I wish there were more capabilities for site admins, such as the ability to clone policies between their sites.
