a bit on the slower side, but our company has many millions of rows of data. smaller companies will likely see very quick performance

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

helped us launch an inventory management module which allowed us to get off of spreadsheets and into the 21st century

What do you like best about the product?

I find Sage Intacct useful because it allows me to generate a physical PO and a sales order, which can be sent off to suppliers and clients. I really appreciate that POs are downloadable and searchable, which is very helpful in managing them efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?

I definitely think timesheets could be improved. It's labor-intensive to input each project and time spent. You have to right-click to add descriptions, which doesn't work well. It'd be better if there were dropdowns for projects and subdivisions, or if you could just enter the total hours spent weekly and add a description without extra clicks. It's just too time-consuming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find Sage Intacct helpful for generating purchase orders automatically and keeping supplier information accessible. It's very useful that POs are downloadable and searchable.

Multi entity postings, smooth process and easy access

Allocating credit notes is not an easy process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bringing together and add more entities, helping to create a Group finance team

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Sage Intacct is the mix of flexibility and visibility it provides. The dimensional reporting is especially valuable because it lets me view our financial information from multiple angles without needing to rebuild or restructure the chart of accounts.

The UI/UX is fairly intuitive, and once you’re familiar with the system, it’s easy to navigate and quickly find what you need.

The system handles our financial data well and generally feels responsive, even when we’re working with more detailed reporting.

From an ROI standpoint, the biggest value comes from time savings and automation. Streamlining processes and improving visibility into the numbers helps the team spend more time on analysis and less time on manual tasks.

Overall, Sage Intacct has given us a solid balance of flexibility, automation, and visibility, without making our financial processes unnecessarily complicated.

What do you dislike about the product?

The initial onboarding and implementation were challenging. There are many departments within Sage Intacct, and they don’t always seem to communicate well with one another. It would be helpful if the implementation team had a better understanding of all the products in the Intacct universe, so a more efficient solution could be offered.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit Sage Intacct offers us is its seamless integration into our workflow, which helps us achieve the automation we’re looking for.

What do you like best about the product?

The product is relatively easy to maneuver and intuitive. The pay bills functionality is easy and I like their AP automation.

What do you dislike about the product?

The customer service is POOR. We have had 4 account managers and none have been helpful. They don't know their product enough. When you need help, they push you to a third party that you are responsible for paying for. They offer Sage University, but now you have to pay for the majority of classes. Additionally, Sage has room to improve in small areas. For example, Collaboration does not follow a bill through the entire AP to pay bill process and when you upload a file in Collaboration, it erases what you had typed out (you have to upload file then type). I have found more errors in Sage than their engineers have.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They have made our AP process faster.

What do you like best about the product?

I love the bank reconciliation features.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike how inconvenient it is to change vendors for an invoice after it has been posted.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps with putting Draws together for these loans and it helps reconcile and make sure that the entries that are being entered match with the loan balance at the end of the process.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that there are so many options for reporting and customization.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’m not a fan of the fact that you need a partner company after training, and that if you leave that partner company, you lose access to all the reports they created for you.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It connects to Procore, making it so our company no longer needs to double enter things.

What do you like best about the product?

I really enjoy all of the reporting options. It works very well for me and my clients needs. It flows well to other platforms I utilize. It is simple and no frills which is nice.

What do you dislike about the product?

It looks really old and outdated. A little updating would be nice as long as it didn't stray from the product. It doesn't impact the capabilities, but it would just improve the user experience. I also think the AI is very behind on Sage compared to similar services.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving centralized reporting. I enjoy how many user log-ins it has so everyone on the team can work in it at the same time. It produces the reports I need for my clients so I can put my best foot forward.

Cloud based and clear to navigate the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

The ability to run monthly outputs through financial reports and send reports through email is troublesome

Integrating AI more into the platform will help with resolving Issues I have.

Sage Intacct has a gentle learning curve and is extremely user-friendly. It also continues to add useful features, such as automatically rejecting mistakes and omissions in invoicing.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’ve found that some of the more advanced reports are difficult to generate because the available parameters are extremely narrow and limiting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage Intacct helps my organization with invoicing and other business processes. It benefits me because I’m able to use a modern system that consistently adds subtle but useful new features over time.
