What do you like best about the product?

It’s simple and easy to understand. The UI is clean, and it feels like it offers limitless possibilities.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish the filters in the system log were easier to use and filter

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has been helping us with SSO across all our applications, as well as with privileged access.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that it is easy to learn and that the documents are very thorough and easy to follow

What do you dislike about the product?

Okta has some features that I'm not as huge a fan of, though these tend to be minor. For example, the bookmark application type being hidden in OIN instead of easily available

Identity access management and sso

I really like how simple it is to integrate new applications and how easy it is to manage

I sometimes feel like user attributes being pushed to the applications don’t work as well as I would like it too

Integrating our Google workspace has been really nice and makes it easier so users don’t get locked out

Okta workflows is my favorite. The way Okta tries to simplify complex identity problems using sophisticated technology.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing at the moment. I love their products and the company.

SSO, MFA, Securing AI

What do you like best about the product?

I like the TF provider because it's just easier to monitor and review, and it works well with Cursor. The interface is pretty easy, and the network apps are good.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't really like the logging/event interface. The expression language and the presentation could be better. Probably just going to use the MCP going forward.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Okta solves SSO, manages access policies, and simplifies secure provisioning. The TF provider enhances monitoring and integrates well with Cursor.

Robust, well maintained, secure platform

Workflows. Everything else is very good.

User access management and secure permission orchestration.

The certification exam portion was awesome along with hands on labs

I think it would be awesome if Okta decided to do a Oktane in another states Las Vegas is great and all, but it’d be cool to see them other places

Okta is helping with our user life cycle management tremendously

Centralized identity access across hundreds of vendor websites and allows us to consolidate role assignments to Okta

OKTA doesn’t always play nice with SAML integrations and can vary case by case

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lots of older people using spreadsheets to manage passwords, this eliminates that entirely

Easy to use, simple IDP out there. Streamlines app integration.

What do you dislike about the product?

Workflows are cumbersome and sometimes not intuitive.
