What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have all collaborators on a diagram, whiteboard, or workflow share their thoughts and keep all the feedback in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the shortcuts for using it aren’t easy to find or understand. Navigation can also feel a bit cumbersome, especially for someone who’s new to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps create a single source of truth for artifacts, with feedback loops and collaboration flowing smoothly, without the risk of losing version control.

What do you like best about the product?
I myself made various flowcharts and diagrams within minutes with its AI features, robust shapes, and templates that are already constructed and ready to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My great times with Lucidchart has always lasted since the start and I have not seen any flaws.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform makes it quick to create project timeline diagrams visually mapping project activities and displaying the sequence of various tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is easy to get started with and works well for quick flowcharts, network diagrams and team collaboration allowing commenting on diagrams for async feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI couldn’t give me the expected output in one go but was able to get what I wanted with multiple attempts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is highly helpful in creating network diagrams that ensure my team can work from the same visual representation of the environment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to visually map workflows and processes and I appreciate the structured templates and shapes that make it straightforward outline communication channel procedures for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a reliable and effective tool for diagramming and process mapping with no major challenges on overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it quick to create diagrams and I also really value the real time collaboration which allows us to visually communicate complex ideas clearly and makes it easy to document reporting lines within the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
LVCS provides ready made templates for system architecture, flowcharts, and ER diagrams and I like that multiple team members can edit the same diagram simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited set of icons and shapes unless you sign up to the paid tiers but that is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LVCS has been very effective for visualizing system architecture and database structures which makes system design and information flow discussions much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite facilitates virtual whiteboards and diagramming tools in one central location. I appreciate how LVCS enhances better visibility into cloud enviros that help stay on top of compliance and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across challenges while creating flowcharts and mind maps with LVCS.

Lucidspark allows us (teams) to ideate, design and create better ideas rapidly and visualize business processes in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is very intuitive and collaborative which greatly facilitates the visual organization of ideas and allows me to quickly map our organization reporting lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bigger diagrams can sometimes feel heavy to work with especially when there are a lot of elements on the workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Lucidchart for creating organizational charts and process flows and it makes it much easier to visually explain information and accountability flow between the Board and executive management.

What do you like best about the product?
I am most impressed with the accurate AI generated diagrams just by typing the prompt and the intuitive workspace makes it easy to get in a flow state when creating flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that some of the custom stencils for cloud providers are limited and providing more of those could be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had a great experience creating architecture diagrams to communicate infrastructure design and data flow diagrams that show how data moves in and out of systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is highly suitable for making quick explanatory diagrams as well as full technical architecture diagrams with the huge variety of shapes, arrows, and icons that it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s some sort of a bit of lag that happens the more complicated the diagram becomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart has made it really easy for me to create network diagrams that provide a detailed visual representation of our network and its security controls.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly enjoyed creating flowcharts in LVCS as it was easy to understand the different features and tools building easy-to-understand process workflows and I like that its easy to export the diagrams as PDF, PNG and Vector images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you create 3 diagrams in the free version you need to delete one in order to create a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LVCS allows us to easily create incident response flowcharts that provide clear and repeatable procedure for responding to incidents.
