User-Friendly Tool That Simplifies Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user-friendly Pando is because it's very straightforward. All the features are super convenient and easy to use. My personal favorite is the notes tool when creating a post or editing it before publishing. Switching from Sprout Social to Pando was great; Pando is more affordable and user-friendly. The transition was smooth, and the initial setup was very easy, only taking a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found that a few different times accounts became unlinked from the platform, so I would have to relink them. Not a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pando to manage social media by scheduling posts across multiple platforms, solving the problem of sharing content efficiently. It's user-friendly, making it easy to create and edit posts, while features like the notes tool enhance my experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pando is easy to operate and the coordination with my team is also good. The system is not very complicated, and as a super admin, I can easily make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Pando could be better at sim tracking of the vehicle and generating reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pando helps with indent optimization, distribution SOB, and Matrix. It's easy to operate and makes team coordination better.

The reports and Dashboards session provides a insightful review to the SLA's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Post clicking on any action button the refresh rate is slow.Resolutions for optima such as session kill should be given to centralised poser users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dispatch planning and information of delivery via POD uploads.Vehicle tracking facility being provided to end customers.

What do you like best about the product?
In Pando I could get all the report related to payments and orders. which makes our work more ease

Sometimes the report generation will take some time. other than rest of all it's very good.

Whenever the indent is not in ready for billing and while reaches to Pando support. We get immediate solution by generating the payment and move the indent in ready for billing.
