They have very good customer support. Their mobile proxies are very easy to use.

Nothing much but sometimes I have to login and logout.

I like IPRoyal because it provides clean static ISP addresses that are necessary for our gaming project. The traffic limits or lack thereof are more than enough for our needs, and importantly, the IP addresses do not change mid-session, which was a major issue with our previous service, WebShare. I find the setup process very easy, everything is as simple as possible.

What do you dislike about the product?

Auto-renewal is a bit tricky since it's enabled for the entire order, and I can't simply disable auto-renewal for one address in the order without contacting support. Also, there was an issue with one of the addresses not working properly, and the initial solution from support was not effective. They suggested spreading traffic across different ports, which seemed like a very basic piece of advice and didn't address the real issue.

IPRoyal provides static IP addresses essential for backend operations, ensuring consistent connections during gaming sessions, unlike WebShare. It offers clean, reliable ISP-dedicated proxies with adequate traffic limits, aligning perfectly with our needs.

I like the ease of use of IPRoyal, the stability of the connections, and the variety of proxies available. The quick setup is a highlight for me, as well as the good stability of the IPs. Additionally, the platform is intuitive, and I can manage the proxies with ease.

A small area for improvement would be to offer more real-time information about the quality and status of each proxy, making it easier to choose the best server.

Occasionally, an IP address may be suspended due to a technical error; however, the issue is resolved very quickly.

This benefits me by making data collection, website testing, and market research more efficient, while reducing IP blocks and improving access to location-specific information.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most is the combination of flexible ISP proxy options and genuinely helpful customer support. When my first order was refunded because my extra requirements were too specific, David clearly explained what happened, which requirements were causing the issue, and how I could simplify the order. I also appreciated the flexibility to test an ISP Proxy for 24 hours and then extend the same IP to a longer plan if it works well.

What do you dislike about the product?

The Extra Requirements process could be explained more clearly during checkout. I initially thought some preferences might be treated as optional, but anything entered there can become part of the fulfillment criteria and may cause the order to be refunded if no matching proxy is available. A clearer note about this would make the ordering process easier to understand.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

IPRoyal gives me access to stable ISP proxy options that I can use for personal browsing, account access, and testing different network environments without relying only on shared VPN or proxy services. The short-term plans are especially useful because I can test an IP first, keep the same IP if it works well, and then extend it for longer use. This gives me more control over IP consistency and lets me avoid paying long-term for an IP before I know whether it fits my needs.
