What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy it is to get around on the Procore website and app, and I appreciated the RFI feature which makes things easier for me. The initial setup was very easy, which was a nice bonus.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procore makes navigation on the website/app easy and the RFI feature helps streamline my tasks.

What do you like best about the product?

Procore speeds up our processes and helps reduce mistakes in day-to-day use. It’s easy to use, and the way files and folders link together makes it reliable, so we don’t lose time or information. Having digital support for all our plans, elevations, and documents—and being able to integrate everything within the app—really makes the work easier. Fast performance and strong storage capacity are also a plus. I’m not aware of the costs for the company since I’m only a subordinate, but I feel it’s worth the money. There's a lot of info on the internet, so any questions I have, I always have support. I imagine the AI engineers worked hard on this because it's noticeable how easy it catches all the data from sheets.

There could be an "easy mode" for smaller companies

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

All project coordination problems are now under control because all of the components of our work are inside the same platform.

What do you like best about the product?

The construction process is well understood and there are many tools that relate to field work.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the tools aren’t explained very well, and there really needs to be more training videos related to how to use them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coordination and communication issues are resolved here at our project since it’s a big project.

I found Procore easy to set up, and despite it being my first time using the product, I got comfortable with it fairly quickly. It really helps reduce confusion in construction workflow and project management, keeping me on top of tasks effectively. I had an amazing learning experience with it.

Procore simplifies construction workflow and project management, reducing confusion and keeping me on top of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?

Conceptually, it seems like Procore should be able to organize most—maybe even all—recording of construction activities, including the related cost implications.

What do you dislike about the product?

As an Australian construction industry participant for more than 30 years I hate the Americanization of the language. Surely a database of language applicable to different locales can be integrated

Procore creates a repository for information and that written information can be referenced with images notes etc

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Procore is how clearly everything is organised and explained. The platform is straightforward and easy to navigate, and the training can be completed efficiently at your own pace. Its tools also make project information, inspections, daily logs and safety records easier to manage in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some areas of Procore can feel slightly overwhelming at first because there are so many tools, settings and permission levels to understand. Certain parts of the training were also repetitive, but the platform became easier to navigate as I progressed.

Procore helps solve the problem of project information being spread across different files, emails and systems by keeping everything in one central platform. It benefits me by making drawings, daily logs, inspections, observations, forms and safety records easier to access, update and track. This improves organisation, communication and accountability while reducing the risk of missing important information.

Does take some time to get comfortable with and sometimes the level of customization is daunting.

Reporting, integration, and company/project wide communication.

I like the opportunities to integrate a variety of different tools.

At a first glance, the layout can be confusing due to the abundance of integrations.

Procore is keeping all of the tools for project management in the same space, which is incredibly helpful.

I find Procore very convenient, especially the ability to use the punch list and the photos on the iOS app. It's great to have these features on my phone without needing my laptop all the time. The initial setup was very easy thanks to the trainings they offer, which made the process smooth and straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like having to download drawings so often. Once they're downloaded, they should be accessible without needing WiFi or service.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Procore to find information on documents easily using the search tool and to markup drawings for others to see changes. It's convenient to use the punch list and photos on my iOS app instead of using my laptop.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s user-friendly and intuitive, and it makes my work easy to organize. Tools like tasks, documents, and 360 reporting are great for keeping the team on track and staying aligned.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some downsides include too many options that can make certain tasks a little confusing. But not too bad.

Procore does a great job of keeping a project organized, and it makes team communication and tasks straightforward and easy to locate.
