Before implementation, this was more difficult. Through GeoGuard - IP Fraud Detection and Protection, being able to reduce this time was a good decision.

In my opinion, the main feature GeoGuard - IP Fraud Detection and Protection offers is the detection and classification of suspicious IP addresses, primarily to identify VPNs, data center IPs, and IP geolocation to compare whether the correct location is being used.

Day to day, I analyze processes, accesses, and out-of-pattern behavior using GeoGuard - IP Fraud Detection and Protection. Geolocation allows me to check the country and region where the access is originating from. With this information, I can compare it with expected behavior. Additionally, VPN identification is useful to show when the user is accessing with a mechanism or change of the real connection origin.

I think GeoGuard - IP Fraud Detection and Protection can be improved through some transparency of the information and also a dashboard of the characteristics. It would benefit from having a more detailed explanation, possibly through AI itself.

Sometimes response time is not fast for some large maps + post-selling support can be improved

What do you like best about the product?

The geofencing and spider graph tools connecting users across brands have been very useful. The reports generated to stop fraud before it occurs have also been incredibly helpful, including the multiple user report, location jumping report, and others.

What do you dislike about the product?

The response time of some of the large maps is not ideal. The data sets we're able to review are massive, covering millions of transactions, so it's understandable, however a quicker response time of the interface would be a welcome sight.

We currently have the tools to connect users via payment methods, machine IDs, and user details, however GeoComply allows us to connect users via locations and devices across all states. This has allowed us to stop fraud occurring across the United States, that would have otherwise been nearly impossible to connect.

What do you like best about the product?

The design of their charts and graphs. Their friendly staff.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have no complaints at all. They've been a big help.
