What do you like best about the product?
It offers more advanced capabilities than a standard Excel sheet, making it a stronger option when I need more than basic spreadsheet functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions aren’t available here, even though they are available in Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It meets my need to avoid using multiple platforms just to complete a single automated task, keeping everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
He's either use format with a smooth transition for those that use spreadsheets to a more formal management and tracking application
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limitations of was not being able to automate certain things within reports versus how it can be done in sheets. I like form generation but there's some minor issues when printing with fields that normally scroll in PDF
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far it has helped us begin to standardize our project management process as well as create time-saving workflows outside of project management specifically grants management. Creates visibility for management and is a useful tool for project intake and decision making

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can enter information into a grid that can then be viewed as a Gantt chart or as a calendar. I also like that it is pretty robust when it comes to customizing views and things like conditional formatting. The dashboards are powerful and now with AI it is easier to do the complicated stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it more if I used it more often and therefore had better facility with it. It is also an obstacle that many users within my organization do not want to try a new application or do not have a license to use SmartSheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project collaboration and visibility through dashboards is what it is solving for me currently.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to connect multiple sheets into a single view or dashboard. I also appreciate the range of AI features included, which makes the experience feel more capable and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the new license model. It really adds administrative workload and adds complexity on licensing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s allowing significantly more insight into projects and creating a portfolio view that is very helpful for quick glances. It’s also helpful for budget tracking.

Wide variety of possibilities and ways to depict/handle data. Flexible in how the tool can be applied.

Clunky. Feels like an app out of the 2010s through the UI and the amount of steps needed to get to the solution one wants.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very helpful in creating a centralized workspace to analyze data, create reports and delegate responsibilities. The upside of using Smartsheet is that you can give people different access privileges to ensure the data and information stays secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very intuitive. Some of the features, you have to really search for how to use it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking action items for a project. Delegating tasks to team and tracking progress.
