What do you like best about the product?

What I liked most about Scytale was the great support from Liya. She was very professional, helpful, and patient, and walked us through all the steps along the way. Her guidance made the whole process much easier and smoother for us.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t have any particular dislikes....

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scytale is helping us streamline and manage the SOC 2 compliance process.

Easy UI and very clear. A lot of filtering options.

What do you like best about the product?

Very detailed instructions, AI support for fast replies, competent consultants, and helpful weekly calls. the online platform is great to keep a good overview, the commenting function is great to cover some basic communication needs. the policy templates are super helpful - if we had known this existed before, we would have saved many hours of internal efforts in writing these documents.

What do you dislike about the product?

we had a change of the consultant shortly before the audit which turned out fine as the new consultant is great, but it was a bit of a scare. the ui does not fully work in chrome. the self hosted gitlab integration is lacking, we had to build some tools ourselves to create evidence. the auditor had some findings that were missing from the original instructions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

scytale gives us an interactive platform to enter evidence, where you would need to use more complex ways of interaction with an normal consultant.

What do you like best about the product?

We were able to integrate the majority of our main platforms for simpler reporting. The ongoing support from CJ Bergs in understanding our business and requirements, as well as guiding us through the platform was very much appreciated.

What do you dislike about the product?

It didn't cover all integrations which wasn't a dealbreaker, but it would have been nice to have.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

CJ Bergs and the Scytale platform were very helpful in helping All IT Services achieve ISO27001:2022. This was beneficial in benchmarking our own security against an industry standard, as well as providing security recommendations and GRC uplifts for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?

Fantastic customer success representative who was very responsive through the whole process. Platform is fairly easy to use, still required guidance from the team but still good UI

What do you dislike about the product?

Not much, the UI maybe had some areas that could of been bit clearer to understand. Possibly a progress timeline would of been helpful too. I see the % mark but maybe showing each sections progress is good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Achieving ISO compliance, simplifying the items that we need to get done and organising evidence. The AI check evidence is also helpful. Remediation AI advice is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like Scytale's simple interface, which makes it easy to interact and collaborate with my team across the company. The customer success team is great too; they are always available and happy to help, especially with navigating the complex compliance process. Setting up Scytale was very easy, and the onboarding only took a few days with their help.

What do you dislike about the product?

The Trust Center needs improvement because sometimes emails are reaching spam instead of the customers. This is a technical problem that needs to be solved.

Scytale centralizes the compliance process for SOC 2 and GDPR, simplifying organization and improving collaboration. The platform's simple interface and helpful customer success team aid in achieving compliance by clarifying required evidence.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate the personal touch Scytale brings when walking me through the platform and making sure I’m ready for the audit. I also value how usable the interface is, especially when I’m preparing, collecting, and reviewing the data I provide to Scytale.

What do you dislike about the product?

Several integrations could use more work to remove dependence on the Scytale platform and reduce escaped defects across policy, training, and system-level data. This feels like something that can be addressed quickly and would drive a better overall experience to go from a 9 to a 10.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scytale reduces the manual effort required to collect and review the data needed for certifications and audits. The platform and team also help identify gaps in processes, technology, and operations, which ultimately strengthens our overall security posture.

What do you like best about the product?

Scytale has made our SOC 2 process much more structured and manageable. Having the controls, evidence, tasks, and progress all in one place makes it much easier to understand what needs attention and keep everything moving.

Romy Spencer has been a great partner throughout the process. She is responsive, helpful, and always available when we have questions or need clarification. Having someone who understands both the compliance requirements and the practical side of implementing them has been extremely valuable.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are occasionally areas in the platform or requirements that need some clarification, but whenever we’ve had questions, Romy and the Scytale team have been quick to help us work through them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scytale helps us manage the SOC 2 process in a centralized and organized way. It gives us visibility into what is completed, what is still outstanding, and what evidence is required, while reducing a lot of the manual work involved in preparing for the audit.

What do you like best about the product?

The Scytale software was solid, and the staff were exceptional. CJ Bergs’s strong skills guided us smoothly through the process, and we achieved fast, accurate NIS 2 compliance for San Remo. The AI tool support worked very well. Overall, the integrations worked as expected, though we had to wait for a few to be developed by Scytale. The user interface was easy to master, and the solution pricing felt very reasonable. Overall the performance of Scytale was fantastic and we look forward to continuing the relationship.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only part I would suggest is the implementation of the connectors, as they mostly needed additional help to make them work with Entra, Sophos, etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The solution gave us provable compliance with NIS 2.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Scytale is an organized platform that leverages automation, which really speeds up the compliance process. My favorite thing about it is the trust center, which allows us to share our progress with external clients. The initial setup was really easy, thanks to our dedicated account manager, Liya Sarfudin, who was a star in helping us get everything set up and working correctly.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of the evidence collection modules were failing, but the team was quick to resolve them.

Scytale organizes our ISO 27001 certification process, giving a clear progress view and accelerating evidence filing. It speeds up compliance with automations and lets us share progress with clients via the trust center.
