What do you like best about the product?
Robust and flexible platform. Many features are ready to use right away, but if needed, you can also customize it to fit your requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn’t always well suited for EU users, as some features seem designed primarily with Anglo-American users in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps streamline our processes for creating quotes and policies, handling MTAs and invoicing, and much more.

What do you like best about the product?
The API-driven, low-code, and modular design.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform still needs someone on Tiger Lab to train users on how to operate. It is supposed to have a tutorial section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business model charges based on GWP, which means the more you use it, the more you pay. At the same time, it helps reduce concerns about IT resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides us with best in class full suite insurance software. The system is easy to use for both staff and prospects. We have a number of third party integrations to assist with the underwriting function. The system is fast performing and good value for money. The process for change requests is fast and responsive together with ongoing responsive support from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It suits our requirements and we are embarking to enable further modules within the interface (e.g. underwriting workbench) and analytics for us to further understand our data/reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables us to go to market with our niche insurance products. We are in the process of launching a new product in a new market (international expansion) - the team has quickly understood our requirements to help us with speed to market.
