What do you like best about the product?

I really like how my expenses are organized and I can search through previously submitted bills in very easy fashion.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'd say it took some time to figure out why my account wasn't given the full credentials.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp is helping me cut the time it takes to complete the expense reports for my marketing team. This allows me to work on other pressing tasks.

What do you like best about the product?

The AI that pre-fills the memo for each transaction, along with the automatic retrieval of receipts from email.

What do you dislike about the product?

On the Overview page, under Incomplete expenses, it would be great if the three-dot menu also included an option to add additional information, such as a receipt or a memo.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the delay in getting receipts across different expenses and helps prevent missing memos.

What do you like best about the product?

It was very easy to set up my account and connecting my bank account. The fact that the app and desktop versions are similar in navigation makes this a good tool.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing as of yet. I am waiting to make a better judgement when I upload my first set of invoices and receipts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think that Ramp is going to provide an easier way to connect other apps that are used in our business. Hopefully this streamlines apps like Uber and Lyft to upload receipts and trips.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate Ramp's ability to create virtual cards for different vendors and expenses. It's a huge relief knowing that if a card number gets compromised, I don't need to reset multiple accounts. The user interface is great and keeps evolving with new features, which has revolutionized the payment experience. I find it incredibly useful that I can link virtual cards to specific codes in our accounting system, saving us a lot of time. Plus, setting maximum amounts on virtual cards helps us stay on budget and prevents credit card fraud. Ramp has been easy to set up and use, and I'm such a fan that I even advocated for its adoption by our parent company when we were acquired.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be great if Ramp had a browser add-in that would allow me to access a sizeable list of virtual cards at the time of payment rather than looking them up manually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp allows us to create virtual cards for vendors, preventing account resets if card numbers are compromised. Linking virtual cards to specific accounts or categories in the accounting system saves a tremendous amount of time each month at closing. Ramp revolutionizes our payment experience, making both physical and virtual Visa cards available to employees and reducing the opportunity for misuse.

What do you like best about the product?

I love how simple and accurate everything is. It saves me a lot of time each month on credit card journal entries and AP. I really love it!

What do you dislike about the product?

I honestly haven’t found anything I don’t like about Ramp so far.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me save time. As a small but mighty team where I wear multiple hats, it’s been a huge time-saver because I no longer need to manually enter journal entries into QBO. The sync with QBO is a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how easy Ramp is to use and the permission settings are great. It also offers a wide variety of plugins, and its integration with Gmail makes capturing receipts extremely easy and is a great time saver.

Ramp solves lost receipts issues and reduces time spent capturing receipts with its credit card functionality and Gmail integration, offering a significant time-saving benefit.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s easy to use and works really well for managing company finances. Overall, it’s an application that genuinely makes day-to-day tasks easier for the finance department, and without a doubt, it’s a fantastic tool for work.

I don’t have any negative comments; it’s a great tool.

Accounting management is easier, and it helps me identify and organize all items according to each department.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Ramp incredibly helpful for managing receipts and making accounting effortless. It basically does all the work for me, storing receipts automatically without needing me to take pictures. It's just awesome how easy it is to add an account to a receipt and let Ramp handle the rest. I love how it streamlines the process, making accounting super easy and efficient. Ramp even finds receipts in my emails, saving me the hassle of looking for them. Ongoing charges like subscriptions show up in my account needing just a code number, not the receipt itself, which makes it very, very easy to manage. It's way better than the old system of having to keep physical receipts and turn them in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp automates receipt management, storing them as soon as they're received and needing only a code for accounting. It finds receipts in emails and issues reminders, vastly reducing my manual effort and making accounting super easy.

What do you like best about the product?

It makes the process seamless. Easy to upload receipts from a browser plugin or text message.

What do you dislike about the product?

I get a little thrown by my initial digital card number and info being different than my physical card.

Taking out tons of the expense leg work making it a blip on my todos

What do you like best about the product?

I love how easy it is to use. Submitting documents. Defining purchases. The card itself. Everything is seamless and wonderful compared to what we use to have.

What do you dislike about the product?

I can't really think of anything to dislike about it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work for a company that requires the use of the ramp card frequently. Scanning in receipts for purchases is a breeze. Looking up past purchases is also right at my fingertips and that's great. Also the card works great.
