What do you like best about the product?

Zero copy architecture, backend agnostic

What do you dislike about the product?

Too much lockin to take advantage of agentic features that should be able to stand on their own and plug into any agentic ecosystem

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Odd how salesforce has productized the cure for the poison it created by selling all our divisions their own salesforce orgs. Now salesforce has the solution as an add on product without forcing an account consolidation for a net revenue loss. Quite ingenious actually.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Salesforce Data 360 is its ability to bring data from multiple sources together into a unified customer view, making it easier to access trusted, actionable insights and support more personalized customer experiences.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main drawback is that Data 360 can be complex to set up and manage, especially when integrating multiple data sources. The learning curve and data-mapping requirements can also make implementation time-consuming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data 360 helps solve fragmented and siloed data by bringing information from different sources into a unified view. This gives me faster access to reliable insights, improves decision-making, and helps teams deliver more personalized customer experiences.

The ease of bringing in new data sources and activating directly into workflows.

We have had a number of schema transformation issues and bugs with support struggling to solve the issue.

Bringing massive first and third party data sources and mapping to operational objects to expand context and triggered automations.

We recently started leverage the data 360 in our sandbox and also enabled for sales coach support.

There are no complaints at this moment. We are still exploring.

Flexible for integration data for sources. Segmenteitons cocnept and zero copy

Expensive token cost and expensive with tightly coupled code and hard to make changes at times sometimes AEM being a challenge

super easy and convenient to use, has everything in one place

The unification between more than 100 different systems

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate how Data 360 helps in consolidating data from various systems, creating a golden record. It handles the consolidation of data from various sources to downstream systems exceptionally well. I found the initial setup quite easy, which was a relief. Overall, I am quite satisfied with how it manages customer information and handles large data volumes.

What do you dislike about the product?

Data 360 doesn't have an API for many of the other downstream applications, especially the legacy ones. This makes it necessary for us to manually fetch that data, which adds an extra step to our process.

I use Data 360 to consolidate data from various systems, solving the challenge of too much data by creating a golden record.

Licensing cost is high and learning curve is moderately difficult

I have not implemented it yet in my organization. Ww are at the discovery stage
