What do you like best about the product?

I like KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training because it is simple to use, and I find the campaign system works really well. Unlike our previous platforms, I can schedule recurring campaigns, spread out emails, and send each person a different email. The integration with Microsoft 365 SCIM is seamless, and it works well for syncing our user base. The initial setup was super easy, and the team was super helpful. I was assigned an onboarding person who walked me through the platform, which made the process smooth and stress-free.

What do you dislike about the product?

I do not have any complaints about the platform. Pricing is fair, software is fine for what I need it to do, and I dont ever have problems with it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for consistent and reportable cybersecurity training and phishing campaigns, allowing me to gauge employee awareness. The campaign system is simple, lets me schedule recurring campaigns, and send different emails, improving training effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?

User management is quick and easy. The notification settings are straightforward, and the dashboards are useful.

What do you dislike about the product?

Haven't found anything so far. Most integrations seem to work out of the box

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing the roll out of CSAT and phishing campaigns.

I like the nice and simple functionality and tooling setup of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. The training campaigns and tools for generating awareness among the users are also great.

What do you dislike about the product?

The setup process was a bit complicated to get right before we could deploy it. It could also benefit from having an easier conversion from testing to training.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to visualize which team members are unaware of phishing risks. It simplifies setup for training campaigns and awareness tool usage. However, setting it up initially was challenging, and I wish it had an easier conversion from testing to training.

Phishing simulation is probably the most valuable and the ModStore library covers a wide range of training topics,

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing I really dislike, but there is probably room for improvement in the Reporting areas

data to show leadership and auditors that directly supports our SOC 2 control evidence

What do you like best about the product?

it contains real life situations that users are likely to either be or become familiar with. It presents information in a simple yet complex manner for even the most basic users.

What do you dislike about the product?

portal can be overwhelming. We were very lucky to have an awesome implementation specialist that set us up and continued to reach out and do her wizardry to set us up in an ongoing cadence.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Phishing! email safety for home and work, including our large volunteer base. it also provides excellent resource tools for us to use.

The staff interactions. I've always been able to get quick help when running into issue with setup/deployment of any training or educational content.

What do you dislike about the product?

Biggest issue here is some of the users trained on KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training will start to flag KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training as phishing attempts. Usually because they feel its asking the exact questions its training against.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has educated our users well with how to spot phishing, scam emails, and compromised outside accounts.

User interface and the experience when navigating the console. Also, the ability to find modules that are relevant to our company.

Have not found anything that I do not dislike about KnowBe4

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

From the very beginning, we wanted to educate our remote employees and keep them engaged with the training modules on a consistent schedule. Educating our employees about the latest threats and what to watch for has helped reduce internal tickets and keep our company safe and secure from outside threats.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the integration of AI to help create and customize training content. It would also be beneficial to improve the reporting capabilities to make reports more effective, flexible, and easier to analyze, with more useful insights and actionable information.

What do you dislike about the product?

The reporting capabilities could be more flexible and user-friendly, especially when it comes to customizing reports and extracting actionable insights. The AI content creation features could also be expanded to provide more relevant and tailored content.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

KnowBe4 helps us improve employees’ security awareness and reduce the risk of human-related security incidents, particularly phishing and social engineering attacks. It also allows us to track employee awareness levels and training completion, helping us identify areas that need further improvement.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s fully managed for training quizzes, with a friendly UI/UX that’s easy to use. Setup is straightforward, and it integrates easily with other security solutions. Performance has been good, and the pricing feels acceptable for what you get. Support is generally helpful, but sometimes it takes a long time to respond and the answers can be inaccurate for my concern. Previously there was only a little help from AI, but now KnowBe4 provides a lot more AI capability.

What do you dislike about the product?

It takes a long time for support to resolve issues, and the training content isn’t fully customizable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

- The training content is up to date.
- It can provide learners with a certificate of completion.
- The phishing failed pages are realistic and closely match what an actual attack looks like.
- There are phishing templates available as well.

What do you like best about the product?

The Security Awareness Program Tasks feature The value for money is good overall and we feel that we are getting what we pay for. The platform is easy to use, effective, and has already helped improve security awareness among our employees.

What do you dislike about the product?

The biggest downside is that the basic package could be more comprehensive. The available training content is relatively limited, and after some time it becomes difficult to offer enough variation to users. A larger content library in the standard package would make the platform more effective for long-term security awareness programs.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps us increase security awareness among our employees and significantly reduces the risk of successful phishing and social engineering attacks. We noticed a clear improvement even after the first training sessions. Employees became more alert, more likely to recognize suspicious emails, and more willing to report potential threats. This not only strengthens our overall security posture but also helps create a stronger security culture throughout the organization. The platform makes it easy to deliver ongoing awareness training and measure progress over time.
