What do you like best about the product?

Growdin gave us the flexibility to manage our strings for all our UI labels and ease of working with translation agencies at the same time.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'd like more AI features to be introduced that would allow us to use LLM translation of simple UI language on the fly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Crowdin for all our translations management in our product. So basically end to end for that purpose.

What do you like best about the product?

The team collaboration features are outstanding. It allows our localization team and developers to work seamlessly in sync, which has greatly streamlined our workflow. I also really appreciate the intuitive user interface—the overall interactive experience is modern and user-friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes, when handling larger projects or opening complex files, the platform takes a bit too long to render. This lag occasionally disrupts the workflow and takes away from the otherwise great user experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

For our i18n project, manually tracking missing strings and updated text was incredibly time-consuming. Crowdin's integration with our codebase automates this entirely.It streamlines our entire i18n workflow. It keeps our translations organized, improves team communication, and makes rolling out our product to a global audience much smoother.

What do you like best about the product?

UI/UX, integrations, and AI support along with support.

What do you dislike about the product?

Slow round trip — a one-word copy change has to go through Crowdin before it lands in the app, which blocks PRs. And translators get no screenshot or character limit, so strings come back correct but overflowing the UI.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeps translations in one place instead of hand-editing string files per language. Non-engineers can write and review copy without touching the repo, and translations land in the app without an engineer doing the plumbing.

What do you like best about the product?

I enjoy using Crowdin to manage translations and localization because it offers a collaborative workspace that allows reviewers to easily validate translations in different languages within a single tool. I particularly like the task creation, assignment, and tracking of language completion. The localization manager can thus create their task backlog, assign them to different reviewers, and track their completion. Tasks allow translation keys to be grouped following an epic logic, which greatly facilitates our organization and directly aids in testing and production deployments. Additionally, Crowdin is connected to GitLab, which improves our workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?

The mobile experience of Crowdin is not great. I would like a smoother interface truly designed for mobile. It would be useful to limit the number of features but allow anyone to easily approve or provide a missing translation in a few seconds. Additionally, the initial setup was complex for the localization manager, who had to improve their development skills to manage versions, and setting up our glossary required a lot of work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Crowdin provides me with a collaborative workspace, facilitating multilingual translation validation. I can create, assign, and track tasks, organize translation keys, and ensure smooth deployment in testing and production.

Fast, seamless localization and integration!

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing major, the UI has a slight learning curve.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

IT automates sync and speed up translation.

Crowdin helps me manage multiple projects across different platforms, and it supports many languages.

What do you dislike about the product?

1. Sometimes it loads slowly and seems to require an excellent network connection. I can open other websites on the same network, but I still can’t open Crowdin.
2. The glossary workflow feels complex and not very convenient.
3. Managing branches is also not very convenient.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It supports attaching pictures in comments, which makes it easier to share context and explain what I mean.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that we can compare automated translation suggestions as well as suggestions from other users.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find it hard to navigate the left-hand menu tree to find components to work on.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

CrowdIn is allowing me to participate in the translation of the UI of our organization's software into the language my teammates use most.

What do you like best about the product?

The pricing compared to other tools for the outcome is pretty good.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not having proper version history to change back and when a new file is uploaded it just simply overwrites everything without multi confirming and cautionary steps

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The localization management got easier although it could still get more intuitive e.g. showing languages and source text in columns based on same strings or topics or wordings for easier cross check and consistency

It is easy to get many people's ideas and opinions.

What do you dislike about the product?

There have been times that it was a bit unclear as to the context of the translations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Translations from English to Spanish.

What do you like best about the product?

The distinct roles between the translator and the approver are cool. The way it tracks the tasks of the two different roles is fantastic. I would say what we have been paying to crowdin is worth it.

What do you dislike about the product?

When you assign two approvers, the fact that one can override the approval of the other is something that needs to be managed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been localizing a software tool for the Ethiopian widely spoken languages and that helped our users a lot.
