What do you like best about the product?
I can trust Proofpoint email protection more compared to what we used before. The lack of it for us is satori is not available in Canada.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have satori abuse mailbox for Canadian users.

What do you like best about the product?
Core Email Protection gives analysts and managers tools and metrics in a single pane of glass that otherwise requires multiple products, disciplines and training. This significantly cuts down expenses in multiple disparate security tools and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there is not a simple and effective method to report false positive/false negative results. Neither is there a good process to correct those results and future occurrences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product addresses the challenge of providing the security team with clear, specific signals to focus on. It also offers the advantage of having actionable tools available immediately within the product, so the team can respond quickly and effectively.

Works much better than Barracuda, and I’m happy with the overall options.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the different modules integrated into Email Protection like TAP, combined with CLEAR that provides overall email protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the feature are not customizable, like OCR module which is turned on and all or nothing. We would like to see customization for all the modules so we can Taylor it to our requirement

The amount of spam and unnecessary emails we get that PP stops from delivering to end users.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to set up so many custom rules. It also helps me find emails quickly and presents all the pertinent information in a clear, easy-to-read format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like all the pod features to be available in the cloud, so I don’t have to keep going back and forth.

It helps prevent phishing attacks by using email warning tags and an imposter list.

There is a legacy portion of the software that is cumbersome and slow.

What I appreciate most is that it protects our users from malicious emails, which these days can be extremely harmful.

There’s nothing I dislike about it. I think any software needs a bit of tuning to work properly.
