What do you like best about the product?

Ease of use and excellent tracking the status of documents and reminders

So far I have not had too much exposure to it so it is hard to say at this time

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allowed me to sign a rental contract with someone from another province almost instantly. A very useful feature is the automatic email reminders ensure that documents are completed on time without requiring me to constantly manually follow up.

What do you like best about the product?

SignWell is easy to navigate, intuitive and perfect for small business.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing really, I like how easy it is to use. I'm satisfied with it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the use of templates, it solves the need to having to recreate rental agreements. It makes my work easier and faster.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven’t used SignWell extensively enough to identify a major downside yet. My main hesitation has been cost, since I only need electronic signatures occasionally and don’t want another monthly subscription for something I use infrequently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SignWell gives me a simple way to send agreements for signature without adding a lot of administrative work. I run a small business, so having contracts signed electronically makes the process faster and more professional for both me and the organizations I work with.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s super easy to add multiple signatures, and I get a notification when the signees have viewed and signed the document.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only complaint I had was how frequent it logs me out. I often leave the browser open while working on other projects and when I'd come back I had been logged out. A small thing with a minor annoyance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Signwell has made it simple for me to ensure my contracts are signed by all the concerned parties and that they can see who we are still waiting for so we can easily send a reminder.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate that SignWell has a straightforward and easy-to-use interface. It makes electronic signing efficient. I like the features that allow me to link the date and time with signatures and set the signing order. Overall, it does the job well for my modest requirements, and the initial setup was easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be helpful if a copy of the document being sent out to a client was copied to me as well, but it's a minor issue.

SignWell makes it easy to have documents signed electronically, allowing them to be sent and received by email.

What do you like best about the product?

Super easy to integrate with using the API. I was up and running within 24 hours. I used an AI tool to integrate and had my first customer signing my agreement the next day.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing major, only some technical issues with the API, like weird webhook security where it took a number of commits to work around them,

We integrated SignWell's API directly into our admin tooling, so the whole thing is automated

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use and feels just like Docusign but easier.

I believe there’s a limit on the number of sends you get with a free account, but it’s still much more than DocuSign gives you.

I have to send a lot of contracts for signatures each month. This platform is great for that.

I find SignWell simple to use, which makes sending documents and getting signatures electronically a breeze. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, adding to the convenience of using the service.

I use SignWell to get signatures electronically, which simplifies sending documents.

What do you like best about the product?

We use SignWell to get new coaches to sign their agreement and our policies and procedures before they start. Sending a doc takes under a minute, I get an email the moment they view it and again when it's done, and the signed PDF lands in my inbox. When a coach gave me a bad email address, SignWell told me right away instead of letting it sit. No training needed for the signer either. Every coach has completed on the first try.

What do you dislike about the product?

The Free plan caps you at 3 documents a month and 1 template, which we hit fast during a hiring push. Bulk sending and extra senders only come with the paid tiers. I'd also like a way to resend to a corrected email address from the bounce notification itself instead of going back into the document.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Onboarding paperwork for part-time soccer coaches. Before, agreements sat unsigned or came back as photos of paper. Now every coach has a signed agreement and policies acknowledgment on file before their first session, and I can find it in seconds. We've onboarded about ten coaches through it in three weeks with zero chasing.
