UiPath for SAP on AWS
Automation has transformed complex compliance workflows and has reduced manual effort significantly
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for UiPath Platform involves most of the business functions across different domains such as banking, finance, insurance, and healthcare industry, and all the business processes are automated from end to end.
As a practice solutions lead, I am automating an end-to-end process.
A quick specific example of a process I have automated end-to-end with UiPath Platform comes from compliance use cases and KYC use cases, where I have been seeing a result of 60 to 70% automation. Now with the AI agentic leveraging, it is becoming more powerful, and I see the results from 70 to 80% now, especially the gap in the human in the loop, which requires a lot of learning system to be built.
I have been doing test automation in the cloud, which is another great product for leveraging testing automation across the agent lifecycle.
I use agentic automation for a long list of use cases, including invoice processing, KYC processing, intake processing, document verification, and IDP processing, and I am still actively working on these.
By leveraging agentic automation, I have achieved effort savings of 60% from a development perspective, with significant error reduction, optimizing and reducing around 20% of business errors.
In UiPath Platform, I am using the Cloud Code Agent to build agents quickly and at scale.
What is most valuable?
The best features UiPath Platform offers include Orchestrator, which I find particularly valuable as it connects RPA, agentic, and humans.
This integration has helped my team and business processes by trending towards or leaning towards zero-touch automation.
Anything which comes as part of an intake and as an RPA connects the systems for deterministic flows, whereas in the case of AI agents, they can proactively connect to multiple different systems including MCPR and RAG systems for knowledge systems, and tackle gaps associated with human in the loop.
I would like to add that the latest features about the Flow and Coding Agent complement the ability to build agents, which really helps from an end-to-end platform perspective, leading to productivity improvements of around 50 to 60% savings, making it a differentiator.
UiPath Platform has positively impacted my organization with a transformation. Typically, it started as an RPA, and now it becomes an agent, automating business processes from anywhere between 40 to 80%, which saves millions. Typically, we used to build any agent between $35,000 to $75,000, but with AI capabilities that come from automation within UiPath Platform, my efforts drop by 50 to 60%.
The cost savings and automation percentages have shifted my team's focus to getting major requirement gathering, while development, testing, and operation efforts have reduced. The only gap remains when there are business requirement exceptions.
What needs improvement?
Regarding improvements for UiPath Platform, I see a huge gap in observability, as I currently have to check the logs instead of having my own observability that connects the dots between the business and the agents.
I would like to mention that there is a need to address the cost associated with licensing, as multiple SKUs and products have created chaos when dealing with transactions since every business process is based on transactions.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using UiPath Platform for almost four and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
UiPath Platform is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability is impressive, as it can connect multiple host machines into the license, and how you structure and deploy it demonstrates its scalable architecture and components.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support I encounter is okay for critical issues, but I see really good response levels with platinum support.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I previously used Blue Prism for some time, but the product scale was not happening, which is why I had to shift to UiPath Platform. Additionally, I was noticing trends asking why I should use UiPath Platform over open source.
What was our ROI?
I have seen a return on investment with significant changes, as my efforts in any business process have been reduced by 50%, allowing humans to regain about 50 to 60% of their effort, resulting in a productivity gain of 70%.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing has been challenging due to the various costs associated with basic platforms, bot costs, and the differences between attended and unattended bot costs, along with geographical differences in developer costs.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing UiPath Platform, I evaluated Blue Prism.
What other advice do I have?
UiPath Platform has an ecosystem that securely handles data. However, if agents leverage LLMs and hallucinate, even one agent's hallucination can pose a problem, needing a governed agent to tackle it.
I would say the accuracy and reliability of output from UiPath Platform's AI capabilities are currently around 70%, varying based on the business case complexity. Some cases solve 80% or even 90%.
My advice for others looking into using UiPath Platform is to move away from traditional RPA and adopt a working model that views it as an agentic platform.
I give this review a rating of 8.
Automation has improved finance workflows and now needs simpler licensing and ROI clarity
What is our primary use case?
We use UiPath traditional RPA software rather than UiPath Platform.
Our main use cases for UiPath in our organization include submitting RFQs for fuel, helping with collections, and remittances on the finance side.
To provide a specific example of how we use UiPath for submitting RFQs for fuel, our bot logs into an Oracle Fusion system, creates a request for quote with the selected vendors, and submits it.
The bot does not handle any follow-up steps after submitting the RFQ, such as tracking responses or notifying our team; it is mainly focused on submission.
What is most valuable?
The best features UiPath offers include their overall flow, REFramework, the mechanism of queues, and the low-code apps; all of those are great.
I use the queues and the REFramework in my work, and I find the low-code apps make things easier for my team.
UiPath has positively impacted our organization in the areas of receivables and collections by automating many of the manual repetitive jobs, replacing them with bots doing them for us.
What needs improvement?
I believe UiPath licensing could improve, as we have always found it tricky. The licensing changes every year, and having a static, easy way to understand licensing would be beneficial, along with knowing the impact before getting into it.
As we explore agentic automation, I hope to see UiPath address these licensing concerns and explore other potential improvements.
For how long have I used the solution?
We use UiPath traditional RPA software rather than UiPath Platform.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
UiPath is stable in my experience.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability of UiPath for our needs is good so far.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support is great. I would rate the customer support on a scale of one to ten as seven.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We did not previously use a different solution before UiPath; it was our first automation RPA solution.
How was the initial setup?
I have not seen a return on investment, and it is tough to quantify because we have not been tracking those metrics. However, overall, we get positive feedback from users whose work we have automated.
What about the implementation team?
My company does not have a business relationship with UiPath other than being a customer.
What was our ROI?
I have not seen a return on investment, and it is tough to quantify because we have not been tracking those metrics. However, overall, we get positive feedback from users whose work we have automated.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing reveals that licensing is complex and takes time to understand. The licensing changes every year, requiring time to understand it annually, and it can be simplified.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing UiPath, we did not evaluate other options. We went by the Gartner leader quadrant and spoke to UiPath directly.
What other advice do I have?
We have not used any of the UiPath Academy courses, so I cannot provide the biggest benefits we have seen from it.
I do not have much to say about UiPath's user community, as we have not communicated or interacted with the user community. We work directly with UiPath as an organization.
We have not been using agentic automation.
We are only using traditional RPA and are looking into getting into UiPath Platform. I do not have any advice regarding UiPath Platform at this time. My overall review rating for UiPath is seven out of ten.
Automation has reduced clerical work and allows nurses to focus more on patient care
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for UiPath Platform involves processing invoices and claim documents as well as tracking outbound and inbound calls.
The specific example of how I use UiPath Platform for invoice processing starts with the nurses or the hospital department getting the claim PDFs from the providers, extracting the patient information, and checking whether the claim is approved or not. They then go back to the Epic application where the patient records reside and make an update or note on the profile, stating the reason for rejection or the approval. Finally, they upload the claim document into the patient profile.
Another workflow I use involves making outbound or inbound calls, where the team makes calls to patients to remind them of their appointments or medication delivery dates, along with any updates related to patient records. This process includes automated calls that attempt to reach a patient three times; if a patient doesn't answer, the system marks it and calls back again in the following days. After three attempts, the case is marked as not responding and further calls cease. This entire process is automated and the updates are recorded in an Excel file.
What is most valuable?
The best features UiPath Platform offers include coding agents, which I currently find very interesting, and the map of work along with the latest technologies that they include, keeping it neutral while providing access and integrations to all the necessary skills and technologies as well as LLMs. UiPath Platform has positively impacted my organization by enabling nurses to focus less on clerical work and more on attending to patients, which I consider a success for the company. Additionally, most processes now take less time to complete, resulting in significant time savings.
What needs improvement?
Regarding how UiPath Platform can be improved, I note that previously, they offered the community version with the latest technologies available for trial, but now, with the introduction of new terms like IXP and IDP, it feels like that option is losing its significance. I would like to see UiPath Platform reintroducing free trial versions for the latest technologies upon their release.
For the documentation, I still see that UiPath Platform is not performing well with handwritten documents, and I would be very glad to see improvements in that area.
I would like to see more flexibility in Insights when creating reports.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using UiPath Platform for close to six years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
UiPath Platform is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I find the scalability of UiPath Platform to be very good.
How are customer service and support?
I would describe the customer support as pretty fast, allowing us to schedule when they want to reach out, and they respond quickly. I rate customer support a 10.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I did not use any different solution before; it was a manual process that has now been automated.
What was our ROI?
I haven't seen a return on investment yet, but I would say one of the processes I developed is providing us with a 50% ROI so far, although we have only been in production for six months.
The solutions have reduced human error and freed up employee time, which has allowed nurses to attend to more patients and pivot their focus more towards patient care.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I haven't started using agentic automation.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I haven't been involved in the evaluation process for other options, so I don't know the specifics there.
What other advice do I have?
I have integrated SharePoint and Workday applications, along with other third-party applications like CareTend.
UiPath Platform is deployed in my organization on a private cloud. I use UiPath Platform as my private cloud provider.
I have used UiPath Academy courses to gain knowledge on the latest products, and I find it provides somewhat hands-on experience along with in-depth knowledge about their development, including examples.
In terms of the value gained from being part of UiPath Platform's user community, I find it to be a vast community compared to other software communities, as many users are trying things out daily and are very responsive. If I encounter a problem, there is usually already a solution available from someone in the community.
For those looking into using UiPath Platform, I advise them to consider it for complex processes or high volume tasks that heavily involve documents like invoices and claim documents, as it's very user-friendly and easy to implement those solutions. UiPath Platform also offers out-of-the-box solutions for document handling.
Automation has streamlined AR and AP and frees our team to focus on complex financial tasks
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for UiPath Platform is AR and AP automation.
A specific example of how I'm using UiPath Platform for AR and AP automation is batch posting of customer payments.

I have not previously used a different solution.
How was the initial setup?
I do not handle the pricing, setup cost, and licensing.
What was our ROI?
We were able to reduce headcount by one so far, indicating we have seen a return on investment.
UiPath Platform has reduced human error and freed up employee time, as we were able to reduce headcount and focus on more complicated issues.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing UiPath Platform, I did not evaluate other options.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using UiPath Platform is that I would definitely use it, as it has provided a lot of great opportunity.
I have not used UiPath Academy courses, so I do not have any benefits to share from that.
I have not used UiPath's user community, so I do not have thoughts on the value I gain by being a part of it.
I do not use agentic automation with UiPath Platform.
I would rate this review a 10.
Automation has reduced staffing needs and now runs accounts work reliably every day
What is our primary use case?
My primary use case for UiPath Platform is on the AR side of the business, but I plan on also integrating it into accounts payable.
What is most valuable?
I favor the RPA feature of UiPath Platform the most because that is all I have been introduced to up until this point, but I plan on leveraging the agentic capabilities as well.
The features of UiPath Platform that I appreciate in terms of robotic automation are that they understand the business and what our needs are, and they are able to leverage all the different service platforms that we use and utilize. I appreciate how they are able to pull it all together and fully integrate everything.
I have realized benefits from using UiPath Platform so far, including a reduction in FTE as a result of some of the RPAs I have put in process. I also have the ability of leveraging seven days a week with something automated, and I do not have vacations to worry about or people being sick. I have scheduled jobs and they run as they can.
What needs improvement?
UiPath Platform could be improved by having a better relationship with the customer and understanding their business and what their needs are, with an approach where they come to us instead of us coming to them. I would appreciate a little bit more customer relations.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using UiPath Platform for the past two years.
How are customer service and support?
More proactive customer service would make it a ten for me.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Prior to UiPath, I was not using another solution to address similar needs.
What about the implementation team?
I would describe my experience with deploying UiPath Platform as lacking direct involvement since I have not worked directly with them because I am going through our IT department. I think our IT department has struggled in possibly not utilizing the skill set that is necessary to keep our business going forward. That is why we really need UiPath to come in and help give us that direction.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I have not evaluated other RPA solutions.
What other advice do I have?
I would advise someone in another organization who is considering UiPath to be patient, as the process is long. You cannot expect to get a robot or RPA or agentic processing in place within two weeks. It is a journey, and you have to have a committed, dedicated resource to help through that process. I provided this review with a rating of eight.
Automation has freed our team from data entry and enables deeper order-to-cash analysis
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for UiPath Platform is order to cash. They are currently building the bots for our order to cash process, and we have three bots assigned.
What is most valuable?
In my opinion, the best features that UiPath Platform offers are that it is very user-friendly. It is user-friendly for me because of both the interface and documentation.
UiPath Platform has positively impacted my organization by moving us from data entry to analytical work. This shift has changed my team's day-to-day work by allowing us to spend fewer hours on data entry.
Regarding UiPath Platform's AI capabilities, I think its governance and security are really well managed. In terms of UiPath Platform's AI capabilities, I find its accuracy and reliability of output to be pretty good.
What needs improvement?
UiPath Platform can be improved by providing more communication down to the users as opposed to just a company.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using UiPath Platform for a year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
UiPath Platform is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability of UiPath Platform is good.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support is excellent. I would rate the customer support a 10.
How was the initial setup?
UiPath Platform is deployed in our organization using the cloud.
What about the implementation team?
They are currently building the bots for us for our order to cash process.
What was our ROI?
It is too early to see a return on investment.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I have no concerns regarding pricing, setup cost, and licensing.
What other advice do I have?
I would rate UiPath Platform an eight on a scale of one to 10. I rate it an eight because we are still new and we are still learning, so we do not know much more yet. UiPath Platform has freed up employee time. This has affected our business by allowing us to focus more on analytical work. My advice to others looking into using UiPath Platform is to get the processes mapped out first. My overall review rating for UiPath Platform is eight.
Automation has shifted teams from monotonous tasks and delivers accurate invoice and call handling
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for UiPath Platform is deterministic RPA flows, agentic reasoning, and document extraction.
At BJ's, we have a gas section of our business, so we receive multiple invoices from our vendors for gas deliveries, and we leverage IXP for AI-based data extraction off of the invoices to key into our payment systems.
I use agentic automation, and we're really looking at it from a reasoning standpoint; we're trying to think about how it can be implemented in a controlled fashion, which UiPath Platform has helped with, but we are trying to not overcomplicate processes and keep them simple where they can be.
We are using agentic automation for communications mining, particularly in inbound and outbound calls.
By leveraging agentic automation, we have achieved streamlined processes; for inbound and outbound calls, we had a very complex process where there was a lot of noise with the process being based on keyword alerts, and using agentic automation, we were able to filter out more incoming calls and actually realize what data should be passed on for human review rather than ignored.
We largely use the healing agent for our automations, which helps with brittle selectors.
What is most valuable?
In my opinion, the best features UiPath Platform offers include the ease of use, training, and onboarding, which have been great; generally, their core products of Studio, Orchestrator, governance, and logging have been phenomenal, and it is a very supportive and resourceful company.
Regarding the training and onboarding experience, UiPath Academy has great features, both hands-on work and the community forums are also very helpful for debugging and helping solve issues at a community level; Studio itself is one of the better UI-laid out RPA systems and also offers a vast variety of options and ways of performing specific actions, and the integration services with things like SAP have been phenomenal.
UiPath Platform has positively impacted my organization by streamlining processes, reducing manual time, and shifting efforts from monotonous work onto more high-value work for various teams.
What needs improvement?
I think UiPath Platform can be improved with a focus on training business users with the new agentic capabilities and having them more up to par with technological literacy and different uses that UiPath Platform can perform.
I feel that some products are pushed out earlier than a comprehensive system should be; for IXP, the group methodology for the extractions doesn't relay currently in the GA features for human validation, and it's displayed as a data table rather than a drop-down, which creates a barrier for business review.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using UiPath Platform for four years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
For the most part, I find UiPath Platform stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
UiPath Platform's scalability is great.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support for UiPath Platform is great.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I have previously used Power Automate and various other RPA tools, and I consider UiPath Platform to be the most refined.
What was our ROI?
Over the past year of working for my current company, I have saved or developed 5,500 plus hours from my work.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing UiPath Platform, I evaluated other options, including Power Automate and Blue Prism.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using UiPath Platform is to approach it from a long-term view of how documentation will be stored, written, and maintained, and to explore a federated model. I would rate UiPath Platform an 8 out of 10.
Automation has streamlined dispute and complaint workflows and delivers consistent performance
What is our primary use case?
UiPath Platform is used in many areas and different approaches at Equifax. For my use case in my business unit, it is mainly the dispute lifecycle managed at Equifax, specifically Dispute Resolution, and very focused on the RPA part.
For example, we have an RPA robot that is in charge of receiving disputes in a process called Referrals. We have a process that is responsible for receiving disputes for blocked credit files from other credit bureaus such as Experian and TransUnion. We are in charge of receiving those disputes, reading an image with the dispute coming from one of those bureaus and basically creating the dispute according to what that image contains. Whether it is a dispute on an ID, on a tradeline, on a collection, or whatever the person is disputing at the other credit bureau, we file the dispute on the Equifax side.
In addition to that, we also manage a complaints process where items are extracted through the CFPB Portal platform. Items are extracted and the entire complaint lifecycle is completed, whether that is setting the required response, resolving it, giving a response to the consumer, and finally closing the case in the CFPB portal. That robot is split into four different sub-bots or processes. That is another major area where we work with this part.
What is most valuable?
UiPath Platform provides a cloud ecosystem and everything is focused there—the assets, libraries, packages, and the whole orchestration part that UiPath Platform offers is definitely one of the major features that the platform offers us.
Mainly, we haven't seen a specific benefit within the development team itself, which is my area, but at the infrastructure level, I think the cloud orchestration has helped us a lot not to have to deal with on-prem infrastructure. It gives us more ease to make releases, to have the latest versions up and running, and not to have blockers or issues with different updates or migrations to the most current versions. I think that is mainly where the benefit lies.
Honestly, I haven't noticed a before-and-after type of improvement in implementing UiPath Platform itself because it has been implemented since I started working at Equifax. I think it is mainly been the constant improvements they have made over the years. The improvements have been the new technologies that have emerged over the years and that we have been incorporating into our processes.
What needs improvement?
I would like to focus to some extent a bit more on the Agentic, Maestro, and other such technologies, not so much RPA, which has been the area I have been working in over these years. I think overall that is not directly related to UiPath Platform itself. I do not really have any improvements in mind at the moment.
For how long have I used the solution?
Approximately six years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Over the years I have used UiPath Platform very consistently and it has always delivered very good performance, so I think it is quite stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The CFPB solution has been constant and has received monthly increases since I joined the company. It has been very scalable in that we just keep adding licenses and virtual machines to run whatever number of solutions we need. I think it is quite scalable.
How are customer service and support?
Equifax pays for Diamond Support, so it has been very good. They are always very attentive and available almost at all times. I would say it is very good, although I have not used it very frequently.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I could not say, since from the time I joined the company everything has been done with UiPath Platform, so I do not have a reference to share.
How was the initial setup?
It is mainly private cloud. Libraries are obtained from UiPath Platform's own platform to some extent. However, it is mainly private.
What about the implementation team?
The implementation team was not external.
What was our ROI?
There have been improvements, including staff reduction and savings in time and money. I do know that our VP has shared those numbers with us, but I do not have the exact metric to share.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
In my current position I do not handle that type of cost information, so I really do not know. However, it has been a good experience and I think we have used them well, but at the cost level I really do not have any reference to share.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I could not say, given that since I joined the company UiPath Platform has been used.
What other advice do I have?
I would rate UiPath Platform a nine because we have seen once in a while some bug with logs or maybe the real-time information or graphs being displayed a bit out of sync or not showing the correct information at that specific moment. I think those are normal bugs for a live cloud platform. Overall it is a very good platform.
All systems have some point for improvement. Sometimes those small bugs happen, but I do not think there is anything else to highlight.
Initially I used the community when it came to detecting errors a few years ago. Now with the implementation of AI I do not really use the community, since I mostly handle troubleshooting, errors, and code best practices through AI, whether that is Gemini or ChatGPT.
My organization has used Agentic Automation, but I have not. I mainly work with RPA. There have been use cases such as for billing disputes and other kinds of case identification. I think it is mainly been in other areas of the team that do not involve my processes.
They should consider implementing Agentic. UiPath Platform's biggest advantage is orchestration, so I think it is a very good solution for applying Agentic. However, they should consider the limitations in integration with other technologies.
The questions are fine and the system of using a virtual agent is very good. I rate UiPath Platform a nine out of ten overall.
Automation has freed hours of repetitive banking work and empowers staff for critical analysis
What is our primary use case?
A lot of the work that we do at the bank regarding account management involves creating accounts, updating accounts, and similar tasks with UiPath Platform.
What is most valuable?
Studio is my favorite feature of UiPath Platform. While probabilistic approaches with Agentic AI are exciting and show promise for the future, I believe the deterministic approach with UiPath Platform and Studio represents the true bread and butter of what RPA is at its core.
The benefits of these features for my organization are straightforward: time and money saved. When someone comes to me and says they are spending two or three hours a day on a task, and I can write an automation that removes that work from their plate—work that is very monotonous and tedious—it frees them up for two or three extra hours a day to do more meaningful work that requires critical thinking.
What needs improvement?
I do not necessarily believe that UiPath Platform needs improvement. UiPath does an excellent job of listening to customer feedback. In a world of highly evolving technology, UiPath needs to continually listen to feedback and align that with the evolution of how the industry is changing, building technology that supports that evolution.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have used UiPath Platform for all five years that I have been a developer, and all of my developer experience has been with UiPath Platform.
How are customer service and support?
My experience with deploying UiPath Platform has been excellent. The platform is easy to use and user-friendly, and I find that UiPath support is exceptional. They do not abandon you to figure things out on your own; instead, they are a pleasure to work with.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Prior to adopting UiPath Platform, I was not using another solution to address similar needs.
How was the initial setup?
My experience with deploying UiPath Platform is seamless.
What makes it seamless is that it is easy to use, user-friendly, and built for the user experience; it simply makes sense. When you examine many technologies, you often step back and realize they are not very user-friendly and do not make sense, but UiPath excels at aligning their technological advancements with what users ultimately want.
What was our ROI?
We are not yet at the point of realizing ROI for the time saved extracting data points with Agentic AI, but that is in progress.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
What stood out to me during my evaluation process, both positively and negatively, when comparing options is orchestration. There are other tools that I have seen other users work with, and I have witnessed firsthand the shortcomings of those tools that exist beyond simply writing scripts and automations.
I was not necessarily involved in using UiPath Platform as a tool with any of the companies I have worked with, and while I know there are other competitors in the space, I believe UiPath Platform is truly light years ahead of competitors and makes for a seamless, no-brainer decision to work with the company.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to other organizations considering UiPath Platform is that if you have many back-end, highly repetitive, tedious processes that are time-consuming for team members within your organization, UiPath Platform is an excellent tool with substantial benefits that can truly benefit your organization as a whole.
I have been using UiPath Platform for all five years that I have been a developer, and all of my developer experience has been with UiPath Platform. We are slowly starting to work with Coded Agents, which relates to my use of Agentic AI.
I believe Agentic AI's ability to extract data points is quite decent. When assessing that ability, I paused briefly and then recognized I had more to add to my assessment. We are exploring UiPath Agentic Automation capabilities, but we do not currently use them.
My overall experience using UiPath Agentic Automation capabilities is in progress, and I believe it is an exciting technology with significant potential. When you work in the financial services industry, which is highly regulated, you must be mindful and careful about the governance component, the audit component, and the compliance component, because you are ultimately dealing with very sensitive client data and must ensure that the agent operates within the bounds of what it is supposed to do.
I have used UiPath Academy courses provided by the vendor. The biggest benefits I have seen from UiPath Academy is that it was my foundation for learning how to become a developer and taught me everything I ultimately know today, ultimately coming down to education. As the world has evolved with AI resources, the value gained by being part of UiPath's user community is that it is easier than ever to find answers, and UiPath forums and community have always served as an excellent resource and tool to help those who have experienced something align with people who have not yet experienced those issues.
My overall review rating for UiPath Platform is nine out of ten.
Automation has transformed manual finance workflows and freed teams to focus on higher‑value work
What is our primary use case?
My primary use of UiPath Platform is in automations mainly with Unattended Robots. We have worked on Studio Web flows for business processes in the finance area, customer service processes, and many cross-functional areas of the organization.
We have implemented flows to generate account calculations in different business accounts, where robots process information that a human continues working on to deliver something to the customer, accelerating that manual process of calculating accounts.
What is most valuable?
I consider that the new tools being promoted, the master agents, are the best features that UiPath Platform offers. We want to deepen our knowledge of those tools and also in Document Understanding.
You can have benefits at an organizational level in processes that are very manual.
In the organization, the use of master agents can benefit us by creating business flows to connect different processes related to each other.
UiPath Platform has had a positive impact on my organization, being part of the digital transformation that automated complete processes, freeing people to dedicate themselves to activities that provide more value to the business.
