What do you like best about the product?

I use Rocketlane for my implementation projects and project management, and it really makes the project management piece so much easier. I love that I can manage my tasks, deadlines, go-live dates, and risks directly from there. The flexibility with templates, tasks, dates, and timesheets is something I appreciate. The CSAT feature is also easy to use, which is great for customers to fill in along with the surveys. I love seeing the overall timeline of implementation with the most important details in one view, and having all of my projects, important notes, and dates in one place is very convenient. I also find the Outlook integration for timesheets handy, and the initial setup was very easy! I would definitely recommend Rocketlane to anyone who needs implementation software.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like to have a monthly calendar view of tasks to better manage my time and deadlines.

Rocketlane makes project management easier, allowing me to manage tasks, deadlines, go-live dates, and risks directly. I appreciate its flexibility with templates, tasks, timesheets, and the CSAT feature. It also gives me a view of all projects and important dates in one place.

What do you like best about the product?

The UI definitely led us to believe the product would have better functionality.

What do you dislike about the product?

I found Rocketlane quite disappointing. We bought it hoping it would help with our Customer Success operations, but it didn't deliver any solutions. The integration with other tools like HubSpot and Linear didn't work as expected, and data didn't sync properly. We felt misled during the sales process, and after paying for the product, we were left with no useful solution and were ghosted by the support team. Additionally, the setup was difficult and took weeks, ending up in disappointment. We also lost $9,000 with no support or a product that could be of use.

What do you like best about the product?

Projects are well organized, with all the necessary details clearly laid out in each tab. Communication is also organized and straightforward, which makes it easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

Handling communication with non-team members on the project could be improved. I’ve experienced situations where someone was CC’d on emails but didn’t receive the replies, and I’ve also had difficulty seeing who was CC’d when a team member includes someone.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integration from other tools makes it much easier to manage project updates across multiple projects. We handle at least 20 projects per consultant, and when I’m looking at each project, it’s easier to work with because the tabs are so well organized.

What do you like best about the product?

Rocketlane is a powerful project management platform with an almost overwhelming number of features. Even so, it’s easy to understand what your tasks are and where the project stands overall, from its health to its timeline. Rocketlane has proven its value thus far, primarily in the great team and support.

What do you dislike about the product?

The sheets feature has a lot of potential, but doesn't quite meet expectations when comparing to a similar tool like excel or smartsheet. I have already seen improvements in the 2 months I've been using Rocketlane, so I am confident this tool will continue to improve.

It's great to keep everything project-related in one place. It's easy to share information internally.

Handling multiple projects becomes easy with roketlane, tracking of each project becomes simple

I still feel UI should be more interactive and sometime I get confused in using it

I like the interface and the how quickly I was able to stand it up for my team and immediately start using it

The project template isn't a little rigid. I was also hoping to receive more guidance on best practice for how other companies with a similar use case was leveraging Rocketlane.

Solving for a true project management tool where we can track projects both internally and externally. Also help with capacity planning.

While Rocketlane is a great project management tool, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some workflows require multiple clicks, and certain configurations can be less intuitive for new users. Reporting and dashboard customization could be more flexible, and advanced filtering options would make it easier to analyze project data. Performance can also occasionally slow down when working with large projects.
