The ability to monitor different social networks is another feature I value, along with the ability to perform unlimited takedowns for our MSSP model. This is not only advantageous but also keeps the service at no additional cost during its use. Additionally, the quality of service and technical support is truly spectacular, which is crucial for effectively minimizing security risks.

It is the issue of sizing, because there are many modules and depending on the client, some services should or should not be taken. If it is not sized correctly, there is a risk that the project could be very costly or that the sizing could fall far short of what is actually needed. It is the need to balance the way to size the service to offer to a client.

I use Group-IB Digital Risk Protection to monitor mentions, possible leaks, phishing, and leaked credentials on the Deep and Dark Web, improving the company's cybersecurity by detecting realities and closing security gaps with tangible evidence and unlimited takedowns.

While it detects phishing domains and fake profiles well, the takedown process often requires manual follow-up or third-party coordination.
2. UI Can Feel Overwhelming
The dashboard packs a lot of intelligence, but navigating threat feeds, incident details, and response options can feel cluttered without customization.
3. Integration Complexity
Plugging DRP into broader SOC workflows or SIEM platforms may require custom APIs or middleware—not always plug-and-play.

What I like to appreciate is how proactive the platform is and still carry ease of use for users. Numerous features are there which can be obtained after having the an easy implementation and integration with the pre existing products.

Fine tuning the alerts takes a decent amount of time. Hopping it should be taken care closely by support team.

It does help us to get rid off certain major problems that an industry face and they are Phishing scams and Protection from unauthorised use. Apart from these the service like Threat intelligence, Attack surface management and Digital risk monitoring also plays the crucial part to protect our environment.
