What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate Epiq's knowledgeable support team who is always readily available to assist and answer questions. I also appreciated the thorough training that was provided.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't love the general navigability of the user interface as I find it to be unintuitive and not the most user friendly. Despite going through several trainings I still ran into confusion with document tagging and just the general search function when trying to locate specific documents, including bates stamped documents which should be easy to locate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used Epiq on a couple of cases which required collaboration on document review and tagging with persons outside of our firm (e.g. retained experts). It solved the problem of having one centralized database where this could be done rather than having to use multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?

The assistance from the support team is very helpful and readily available when needed. I appreciate the hands on training and friendly associates. Ok

What do you dislike about the product?

The color scheme is not visually pleasing. Unfriendly interface makes navigation difficult. Document tagging is unreliable and hard to manage. Overall the system is not very intuitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved the need for a shared document database for the particular case we used it for. It was beneficial to be able to collaborate with outside experts on the project in one secure place.

What do you like best about the product?

Epiq Discover has significantly improved the efficiency of our document review and disclosure processes. The platform is user-friendly and reliable, and it handles complex, high-volume datasets well. Its advanced search and filtering tools save us considerable time, and the review interface makes it straightforward to organise, categorise, and analyse information. Customer support from Epiq has also been excellent throughout our use of the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some advanced functions can take time for new users to learn, and additional training resources or in-platform guidance would help maximise the platform's capabilities. Performance can occasionally vary when working with particularly large datasets, but overall the system remains reliable and effective

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Epiq Discover helps us manage and review large datasets that would otherwise be extremely time-consuming to search manually. For SARs, investigations, and disclosure requests, it enables faster identification of relevant information, better organisation of review workflows, and a clear audit trail. The result is increased efficiency, improved accuracy, and greater confidence in meeting our legal and compliance obligations.

What do you like best about the product?

Epiq allows group tagging, which makes reviews a bit quicker. The search features also help the review process go more smoothly. I also like that family documents are tagged along with the parent document, which keeps everything organized during review.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’d like the ability to filter out and tag the same report when it shows up multiple times, even if the date is different. Right now it’s painstaking to have to click through them one by one. I should be able to select all of the duplicates at once and apply a tag in a single step.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lower costs and maintenance are important across the eDiscovery platform. The platform should be user-friendly, with the flexibility to adjust it as needed. I also want 24/7 tech support.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s helpful to be able to review thousands of documents in a single e-discovery tool. The tags are easy to understand and feel intuitive. It’s also easy to differentiate between different workspaces, which helps keep everything organized.

What do you dislike about the product?

Loading any documents takes an incredibly long time. The whole point of an e-discovery tool is to speed up the review process, but compared to its competitors, Epiq feels slow and also crashes frequently. On top of that, the user interface requires a significant amount of screen real estate to properly use its features. I would have to compare pricing with the competitors, which I am currently unaware of. However, I would rather pay more for a faster, more streamlined platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform streamlines the document collection, review, and production process by keeping all files in one website and in one place. It also makes collaboration easy among multiple attorney reviewers.

What do you like best about the product?

The price point and low monthly minimum cost makes Epiq Discover extremely attractive. The AI chat feature is a huge bonus considering Relativity does not have it.

What do you dislike about the product?

The tool is entirely too slow, it takes forever to load something. If the tool does not recognize a search syntax rather than giving you an error, it simply skips the term. Exporting documents out of it is far too many steps and the tool itself is just way too clunky.

Truthfully, we thought Epiq Discover would solve a ton of problems for us, however it has not. Instead, it's created some problems and unhappy users. The tool is not as user friendly as we initially thought it would be.

What do you like best about the product?

organized and easy to navigate i also like that things are searchable and allow me to do discovery easily without getting lost in all the documents!!!

What do you dislike about the product?

sometimes there's too many pop up tab and menus and i find myself getting overwhelmed at the different options; also pregaps moving them to a side bar

its solving the issue of having documents scartered this is bncie because everybring is in one place and its easy to access upon need as ppposed to other softwares

What do you like best about the product?

The organization of the folders with tags. I can use keywords to find specific documents. The tag feature makes it easy to separate documents and easy to locate.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find it a little difficult at times maneuvering around the platform itself. Sometimes the drop-down menus all seem the same and can be a little confusing trying to get to a specific folder.

Epiq Discover is helping our firm keep all construction photos, emails, client documents, etc., in order for us. This benefits us by being able to keep everything organized to come back to it when we need it.

At times the platform can be slower when loading documents or running more complex searches, especially when working with large datasets. Some features—such as advanced search building or filtering—can also take a bit of time to fully understand for new users.

Improved performance and clearer guidance within the platform would make the overall experience even smoother.

The initial setup was easy and quick.

I dislike the generic answers; sometimes the advice needs to be catered. I want the responses to be tailored.
