What do you like best about the product?
SOCi responds to ALL reviews for us, including yelp, google, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Responses can be less auto generated and unique to each site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Response times to reviews, professionalism, and responses in general to all sites for our reviews. Super helpful.

What I like best about SOCI is the teamwork and the opportunity to work with people.

One thing I dislike about SOCI is that it can some time be difficult to navigate and takes a little time to learn.
