What do you like best about the product?

I love how Deel Payroll allows me to have all of my wages in one place and transfer them almost instantly to my normal bank account. The system is easy to use, and it's almost instant, which is a big plus for me. I also find it easy to maintain everything in one hub. Setting it up was fairly easy, and I was quite happy with the process because I had it done in one evening.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'm a bit annoyed by the commission fees when converting between the US dollar and other currencies. There's a standard $6 rate for transactions, which feels significant, especially when I'm not earning a lot. I get that there's a need to charge, but it makes things a bit difficult.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Deel Payroll puts all my wages in one place and lets me transfer them instantly to my bank account. It's easy to use and manage everything in one hub.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like the most is the customer service, I had an issue with a withdrawal, I transferred a low amount to Revolut bank, they never recognized the transfer, I reported this issue to Deel and they assisted me right away, making simple the process and solving the issue (Deel acknowledged my concern, asked for evidence and then reimbursed the money back to my account in a few days.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only thing I dislike about Deel is the commission that I have to pay every time I withdraw money, also the currency rate is lower than expected, for example if $1 USD exchange is $17 MXN, Deel exchanges for $16 MXN. The commission and the low exchange rate impact significantly the final amount received.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The company I work for is American but I work remotely from Mexico, with Deel I'm able to make money in the USA and transfer the funds to my Mexican bank account in just a few minutes. That's great!

There isn't anything really relevant I can use as an example.

I'm working with a company outside of my country, and Deel Payroll is helping me to receive the money in a easy way.

What do you like best about the product?

I haven’t used it much yet; however, from the little I have used, it was really easy to navigate after I received a contract from a company. The process was very fast, and verifying my identity was also very straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven't used it enough to find out about most of the features.

I'm a freelancer, and it helped me out with connecting to a middleman company.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Deel Payroll is simple and easy to use. It's easy to see the status of my money when my client or company has already made the deposit. This gives me peace of mind because I no longer have to blindly trust someone's word; I can see the status of payments, such as when the money has reached an account and is waiting to be transferred to me, as well as knowing how many days are expected for it to arrive.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think there are too many options for receiving money, which can be a bit overwhelming. It would be helpful if there was a survey at the beginning to customize the options according to what interests the user and not constantly promote all the alternatives. Also, the initial setup was not easy; it was quite laborious because we had to sign contracts again, which didn't seem necessary. And an important aspect to improve is the cost of commissions, which I've been told are very expensive for the business owner using it as a payroll system.

Deel Payroll saves me many steps in international transfers, avoiding high Swift charges. It also makes it easy to see the status of my payments and eliminates the uncertainty of relying solely on people's word.

I like the ease of use of Deel Payroll and the ability to transfer money to a bank account.

What do you dislike about the product?

As I understand, the Expenses application is not available in all plans. I wish it were available in all plans.

I receive my salary and this process makes my life easier.

What I like most about this web application is how simple and straightforward it is to use. The interface feels intuitive, so I can get things done quickly without having to spend time figuring out where everything is.

What do you dislike about the product?

I often find it difficult to reach customer care whenever I need assistance. I recently had some Issues regarding payment but the AI assistant wouldn’t give me access to customer care.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s steadily improving its customer care services, and the support experience feels better than before.

I love that my payment with Deel Payroll is always on time and I have the flexibility to send my payment to any bank in my country. I also appreciate how fast the transfers are. The initial setup was very straightforward, making it easy to get started.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the app glitches when I open it the first time, but I just close it and open it again and it works fine.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Deel Payroll makes it easier for my employer to send payments overseas, ensuring my payment is always on time and can be sent to any bank in my country. I also appreciate the fast transfers.

It used to promptly notify me of any changes in my account.

It is a functional system for receiving and withdrawing payments made by international companies in my country. It allows me to receive payments for the performance of my professional services for companies in other parts of the world, making my work style possible.
