What do you like best about the product?

It’s been easy to use and easy to set up for document signing, signature document creation, and electronic signatures.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven’t used a lot of the other features like AI Copilot, document review, or document automation. It also didn’t replace separate tools or steps for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s worked well for creating documents and getting them signed electronically.

What do you like best about the product?

These features make the entire contract and proposal process much more seamless, which makes it easier to close deals efficiently. The automated reminders were helpful, and the signature workflow worked fairly well.

What do you dislike about the product?

The setup and mapping for bulk signatures felt a bit rigid. Getting the fields aligned correctly on different document variations took a lot of time and required careful testing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It fully replaced Docusign. It somewhat reduced preparation time, and overall made it easier to close deals efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

I like PandaDoc for its ease of use as it replicates processes from applications like DocuSign but at a far more affordable price. It makes life easier for both students and staff, eliminating the need for physical presence to get forms signed and action a remark. The feature to send documents via email is very convenient, and I've signed forms myself, benefiting from the full audit trail. The initial setup was straightforward and quick, as I started using it within 5 minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?

There should be a more standard feature of uploading a PDF to get signed and making it easier to use templates. It would make the process even more efficient and far quicker.

PandaDoc eliminates the need for physical presence, streamlining the process for students and staff to get forms signed, making tasks easier and more affordable.

We needed something that was and is easy to add the clients name, signature and date to the contracts that we create in house.

What do you dislike about the product?

For us, we basically only need one signature, one name tag, one initial, and one date. The new version fills out a lot of information that isn’t needed, and it’s easy to miss things sometimes. I also don’t like the new expiration section and time trail. I found the old version much easier to follow.

It lets me easily add the client’s name, signature, and date to the contracts we create in house.

What do you like best about the product?

I love the versatility of PandaDoc because I can create new templates to match changes in my business, like bringing on new artists. I can templatize anything, which helps with the repetitive tasks I do. The ability to pop in different information for clients, deals, and artists is super important. It's simple to use, and I'm familiar with it, making it easy to set up and work with. It's fast, allowing me to handle multiple client deals quickly, which is crucial as a sole business owner. Plus, tying it into Pipedrive was hassle-free, which is something I appreciated.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it gets cumbersome because of changes in how options are available in documents. It's frustrating that I can't change the font or text size on certain items in a table, while other times I can. It depends on exactly where I click, which can be unclear and not intuitive. Menus might not be where I'd expect them to be, or all options might be lumped together when designing a page or updating a table. This can make it a bit cumbersome at times, especially depending on how flexible I want something to be.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc speeds up my proposal process with CRM integration, saves time, and allows me to create custom templates for various needs.

What do you like best about the product?

I mostly like PandaDoc for its ease of use and the pricing. It makes it easy for us to draft contracts, get them signed, and share them easily. The initial setup was also very easy for our team.

I find PandaDoc to be incredibly user-friendly. I love being able to use it on my iPad, tablet, or phone to quickly browse and manage documents. It's great for organization, especially when dealing with many clients, as it helps me keep tabs on everything and look back on old files when needed. The ability to share notes and have conversations with my team is really nice, as it allows us to address concerns easily and manage leads effectively. I also appreciate that it updates the status of interactions, which is crucial for my work. Setting up PandaDoc in our organization was simple, and it's been integrating well with other services we use.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t have any shared concerns currently for panda doc, our teem outreaches daily to make sure panda doc and JDI are as one

PandaDoc helps me keep client information organized and updated, allowing me to access notes and emails easily. It's user-friendly across devices, supports team collaboration, and always updates client statuses, which is crucial for my work.

I like working with templates, and PandaDoc helps with templates and content reuse. It also replaced some basic workflows for creating, sending, tracking, and e-signing documents in one workflow.

It doesn't save us days of work. I also haven't had a good experience with signature history and audit, contract creation, or renewal management.

It partially replaced separate tools or steps for basic workflows, and templates help somewhat with preparing proposals faster.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that I can create, send, track, and e-sign documents in one workflow, and it mostly replaced separate tools or steps. Templates and content reuse are a big plus for me because reusing templates greatly reduces time. Reminders and expirations and multi-party signing have also worked well for what I need.

What do you dislike about the product?

Contract attachments, document templates, and document generation haven’t met my needs.

Reusing templates greatly reduces time and reduced my preparation time greatly. Document analytics sometimes helped influence my follow-up.

I like the customizability with variables and fields, plus the custom branding. Collaborative creation has also worked well for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

Ease of use is only okay for me, and the template creation/flexibility and the document builder interface feel pretty limited. Assembly and approval workflows also haven’t been great.
