Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

EllaFin™ pricing centers on four subscription tiers: Individual, Team, Department, and Enterprise. Each tier bundles interactive dashboards, data sources, workflows, chat agents, and included users, scaling up as you move from Individual to Enterprise. You choose the tier that fits your team size and reporting needs. Four usage-based credit dimensions let you extend any tier: Chat Agent Credits, Reports Credits, Dashboard Credits, and API Connection Credits. These credits cover activity beyond your tier's allocation, so you add capacity only when you exceed included limits rather than upgrading the whole tier.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An included user is one person with access to the platform under your tier. Individual includes 1 user, Team includes 5, and Department includes 15 users, one of whom holds Power User Access to build custom agents and workflows. Enterprise includes 500 users with full platform access.
You add capacity through separate credit dimensions rather than upgrading your whole tier. Chat Agent Credits, Reports Credits, Dashboard Credits, and API Connection Credits each cover activity beyond your included allocation. You buy these credits only when you exceed the limits set by your chosen tier.
You pay for one subscription tier, which sets your baseline allocation of dashboards, reports, agents, and connections. Credit dimensions add to that bill only when your usage passes the tier's included limits. The tier drives your core cost; credits add incremental charges for overflow activity.
