AU10TIX is an AI-powered identity verification platform that automates KYC, age, document, and biometric checks in seconds. Verify users across 5,000+ document types with a 99% pass rate.
Trusted by Coinbase, Payoneer, PayU, Fiverr, and Saxo Bank, AU10TIX combines document authentication, liveness and face comparison, deepfake detection, AML/PEP/sanctions screening, and KYB into a single API and SDK, helping payments, crypto, gaming, telco, and marketplace businesses onboard genuine customers faster while blocking synthetic and serial fraud.
AU10TIX delivers fully automated, AI-driven identity verification built for businesses that must onboard customers quickly without opening the door to fraud. Originating in airport and border security, AU10TIX applies decades of forensic document expertise to real-time digital onboarding, supporting more than 5,000 document types across virtually every country, with over 180 digital checks per verification and results returned in seconds rather than hours or days.
The Identity Verification Suite covers the full onboarding journey in one integration. Document verification authenticates passports, driver's licenses, and national IDs, including NFC chip authentication for high-assurance cryptographic identity proofing. Biometric verification adds NIST top-rated face comparison, liveness detection, and face login for continuous re-authentication, backed by iBeta Level 1 and Level 2 presentation attack detection certification. Age verification combines document data capture with AI age estimation to meet Ofcom, US state-level, and other age-assurance mandates. Address verification, AnyDoc AI verification for non-ID documents, and deepfake detection close the remaining gaps, while Serial Fraud Monitor adds a traffic-level defense layer that identifies coordinated and repeat-offender attacks invisible to single-transaction checks.
Compliance is built in rather than bolted on. The Compliance Suite provides automated KYC, KYB, and AML coverage, including PII validation, global watchlist and sanctions screening, PEP identification, and adverse media monitoring, with custom flag lists where required. A no-code Workflow Orchestrator lets risk and compliance teams design, test, and adjust verification journeys per market or risk tier without engineering cycles. Integration is available via REST API, Web SDK, and mobile SDKs, and the platform is certified to ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, GDPR, TX-RAMP, and Kantara, with gaming approvals from NGCB, MGCB, PGCB, and the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.
Customers see measurable results: an 80% higher completion rate through the AU10TIX UI, a 13% increase in authentic user conversion, and a 90% reduction in unidentified documents with smart capture. PayU raised onboarding conversion by up to 25 percentage points, FXCM by 29% while cutting document turnaround to under 10 seconds, and Fiverr sustained a conversion success rate above 90% while reducing fake accounts. Purchasing through AWS Marketplace consolidates AU10TIX onto your existing AWS bill and draws down your AWS committed spend.

Prepaid package of 1,000 identity verification requests through the AU10TIX Identity Verification Suite. Each request covers one verification session, including document authentication across 5,000+ supported document types, forgery and tampering detection, OCR data extraction, NFC chip authentication where supported, and PII validation. One unit equals 1,000 requests; buyers can purchase multiple units to increase the committed volume. Requests draw down from the committed balance over the contract term. Each submitted verification session counts as one request regardless of outcome. Verification requests beyond the committed balance are billed automatically on a per-request basis under the pay-as-you-go usage dimension.
This listing sells one prepaid package. You buy units, and each unit covers 1,000 identity verification requests. To commit to a larger volume, you purchase multiple units. Requests draw down from your committed balance over the contract term. Each verification session counts as one request, no matter the result. A single request includes document authentication, forgery and tampering detection, data extraction, NFC chip authentication where supported, and PII validation. If your usage exceeds the committed balance, extra requests bill automatically on a per-request basis under the pay-as-you-go usage dimension.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one verification request for billing?
One request is a single verification session. It covers document authentication across 5,000+ document types, forgery and tampering detection, data extraction, NFC chip authentication where supported, and PII validation. Each submitted session counts as one request, whether the result passes or fails.
What happens if I use more requests than my committed balance?
Requests draw down from your prepaid balance over the contract term. Once the committed balance runs out, extra verification requests bill automatically on a per-request basis under the pay-as-you-go usage dimension. You do not need to buy another package to keep verifying.
Does a request still count if the user's device cannot read the NFC chip?
Yes. Each submitted verification session counts as one request regardless of outcome. If a device lacks NFC support, the solution can fall back to image-based document verification, optionally combined with biometric checks. That session still draws one request from your balance.

AU10TIX Catches Deepfake IDs and Explains the Signals Clearly
Reviewed on Sep 21, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We initially evaluated a few of the newer, lower-cost platforms. What ultimately changed our mind was a particular batch of ID submissions that looked clean to the naked eye and also came back clean in the other tool we were running side by side during the trial. AU10TIX, however, flagged a meaningful percentage of those as AI-generated, deepfake documents designed to pass a standard visual check, while the other platform waved every one of them through.
They were also fully transparent about how the flagging worked, walking us through the actual signals rather than just handing us a score. That didn’t feel like a demo feature; it felt like the kind of fraud that’s actually showing up right now. The client list gave us additional confidence as well—if larger institutions are running this at volume, that’s a signal that carries some weight.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s an enterprise platform, and it definitely feels like one. Onboarding our team took a meaningful amount of time, and there’s more configuration involved than you’d expect with a lighter-weight tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catching AI-generated and deepfake documents during onboarding is critical for a regulated bank, where a miss is costly and a false positive frustrates a legitimate customer. We were looking to buy the capability to detect what the other tool in our trial couldn’t—not just another checkbox feature.

Powerful Network Signals and Broad Document Coverage That Deliver Real Results
Reviewed on Sep 18, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Two things have genuinely moved the needle for us. First, the network signal can catch someone who comes back under a new identity—something a single-platform tool can’t see because it only has visibility into its own traffic. Second, the document coverage is broad enough that our legitimate overseas sellers have stopped being wrongly rejected, which used to be a real problem on our side.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s built more like an enterprise platform than a simple plug-in widget. Plan to set aside real time for the integration, because for me it definitely wasn’t a weekend project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketplace fraud was a real issue: the same people kept coming back under new identities, yet the weaker checks still ended up rejecting legitimate overseas sellers. It felt like I was stuck choosing between those two problems, but in the end we managed to fix both outright.

Fast Results, Broad Country Coverage, and Proactive Account Support
Reviewed on Sep 13, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Results come back in a few seconds, which matters at our volume. Every country we operate in is actually supported, so we’re not turning away customers in certain markets. The account team also keeps proposing small tweaks that nudge our pass rate up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The proof of address checks could be a bit sharper. We still get the occasional case that needs a manual look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The proof-of-address checks could be a bit sharper; we still occasionally get one that needs a manual review.

Unified Fraud & AML Screening That Keeps Onboarding Fast
Reviewed on Sep 03, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Having fraud detection and AML screening (PEP, sanctions, adverse media) in a single flow, rather than across two disconnected tools, is the real win for us. It has noticeably reduced what ends up in our manual review queue, and the results come back quickly enough that onboarding still moves along without getting slowed down.
What do you dislike about the product?
AML matching still flags items I’d prefer it cleared automatically. It’s definitely improved compared with the version we started with, but it’s still the area I’d push them hardest to strengthen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run fraud prevention and AML together, so onboarding gets properly checked without doubling our manual work, and we still maintain an audit trail that our regulators are comfortable with.

Consistently Accurate Across a Wide Range of Document Formats
Reviewed on Aug 31, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What really separated it from what we used before was the number of document formats it recognises correctly on the first try. We trialled two other tools, and both had a noticeably higher retry rate on anything outside a US or UK passport or licence. This one was simply more consistent across the wider set of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The OCR still misreads a name or number on a lower-quality photo now and then, and I have to redo it. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it’s frequent enough that I notice it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They verify a broad mix of identity documents accurately, so real customers aren’t the ones getting stuck. For us, the metric that actually mattered was seeing the retry rate drop.
