It sequences every repository into a Lossless Semantic Tree (LST): your code as compiler-accurate data, with every type and dependency resolved. Sequence once, act everywhere. The agent plans, and Moderne's deterministic tools do the structural work. The agent's job is to reach for the tool, not to be the tool.
