    Overview

Scout is a governed agentic AI platform built on AWS Bedrock that helps organizations identify high-value AI opportunities, build intelligent agents, and manage them securely at scale. Unlike platforms focused solely on agent creation, Scout brings development, orchestration, governance, observability, and human oversight together in one connected environment. At the center of the platform are four core capabilities: Agent Studio A low-code environment for designing, deploying, and orchestrating production-ready AI agents. Enterprise guardrails, access controls, lifecycle management, traceability, and human-in-the-loop oversight are built into every stage - from initial development through retirement. Mission Control The operational command center for an organizations entire AI workforce. Mission Control provides a live view of every agent, real-time monitoring, customizable user experiences, and plain-language chat for directing agents and launching workflows. Every action remains explainable, traceable, and subject to human oversight. Agentic Transformation Platform (ATP) A structured, data-driven approach to moving from traditional digital operations to governed agentic AI. ATP discovers shadow agents, identifies and prioritizes automation opportunities based on potential value, creates a tailored transformation roadmap, and supports secure deployment and scaling on AWS. Enterprise Event Intelligence System (EIS) A full-stack intelligence layer that unifies events across networks, infrastructure, applications, and AI systems. EIS turns millions of operational events into actionable reliability intelligence, helping teams reduce alert noise, identify root causes faster, predict potential disruption, and understand the business impact of operational risk. Together, these capabilities give organizations a practical path to observe their environment, adopt AI strategically, build governed agents, and command a trusted digital workforce from a single platform. Scouts Promise Theory-based governance helps ensure that every agent remains explainable, accountable, and aligned with human intent.

    Highlights

    • Reliability Path Index (RPI Score) for service health: a unique 13-bucket scoring system that quantifies and optimizes IT reliability using real-world industry data, giving dynamic visibility into service health. This democratized approach normalizes reliability insight so IT teams and business executives can both read it easily - and proactively address issues before they impact operations.
    • Predictive Reliability Intelligence - know the payoff before you spend: Strategist agents simulate future scenarios to estimate reliability gains before investments are made, turning decisions into measurable, defensible business cases instead of guesswork.
    • A governed AI workforce: Scout deploys a coordinated swarm of specialized agents - independent experts collaborating toward shared reliability goals, each owning a defined promise and role within the system. Analyst agents merge signals across your monitoring systems to uncover hidden correlations, reduce alert fatigue, and accelerate resolution.
