This listing offers one pricing option: the Enterprise plan. You buy it as a contract priced per user, per year. A minimum of 100 users applies, so your cost scales with the number of users you enroll. You can customize the number of users and storage for your organization. Billing runs annually under the contract term. Because pricing is per user, adding more users raises your total, while the per-user rate stays the same.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One user is one individual person with their own Enterprise account. Each collaborator you enroll counts as one user toward the 100-user minimum. Full collaboration requires each person to have their own account. Storage is pooled and customized for the whole organization rather than allocated per user.
Your per-user rate drives the cost, billed annually. Adding users raises your total while the per-user rate stays the same. Storage is customizable for your organization and is not billed separately as its own metric. So user count is the main factor in your annual invoice.
No. People without accounts can share, collaborate, or send files through file request and transfer links. These external contributors do not count as billed users. Only enrolled account holders count toward the 100-user minimum and your per-user charge.

What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like it’s all about pricing. I’d really like to see more intermediate tire options.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is how simple and reliable it is for storing and sharing files. Syncing works smoothly across my devices, and it’s easy to share folders or individual documents with colleagues quickly, without having to deal with any complicated setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is probably my biggest complaint, especially if you end up needing more storage. A few features can also be a bit hard to find at first, but overall I haven’t run into many issues with it, and it’s been pretty straightforward to use once I got familiar with where things are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox mainly solves the problem of keeping work files in one place while ensuring everyone can access the most up-to-date version. I use it to share larger files, collaborate on documents, and access what I need from different devices. It saves me from emailing attachments back and forth, and it makes it much easier to keep project files organized and in sync.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is how simple and reliable it is for storing, syncing, and sharing files with team members. The interface is very easy to use, and I can access our organizations files(ex:- srs, brd, bug report, delivery documents, etc) across different devices without needing to transfer anything manually. File sharing is straightforward as well, which makes collaboration and overall document management much more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Dropbox is that the storage space can feel limited depending on the plan, especially when I’m working with large files. Some advanced features are also only available on higher-tier plans, which can make the overall cost feel higher for individual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of keeping files organized, accessible, and easy to share across different devices. It saves me time by keeping my important files synced in one place, and it also makes it easier to collaborate and share documents with others without constantly sending files by email or using other methods.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and seamless integration with the Windows environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really sure if there is something that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to create an integration with Quickbase since there's a sync table function available. I save my files in Dropbox and get picked up automatically by QB. It's a win-win.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Dropbox because it makes storing, accessing, and sharing files simple and convenient. Being able to reach my files across different devices and collaborate smoothly with others is especially helpful. I also appreciate the clean interface and the reliable file synchronization, which makes it easier to manage both work and personal files more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that some advanced features and higher storage limits can be expensive for individual users. Syncing large files can also take a while, depending on your internet speed. The interface is generally easy to use, but certain features aren’t as intuitive as they could be and can be harder to find.

Dropbox helps me securely store, organize, and share my files in one place. It makes collaboration easier and cuts down the time I spend searching for documents or managing them.
