Paper forms, emailed PDFs and manual approvals can delay recruitment, onboarding and everyday operational decisions. SignTech Paperless Solutions helps HR, Operations, Shared Services and Transformation teams turn existing documents into secure, trackable digital workflows without requiring wholesale replacement of their business systems. It is designed for paper-heavy organisations, particularly those with 50-1,000 employees, distributed teams or applicants, and recurring approval processes.
Start with one priority process: map the existing forms and approval steps, capture information digitally, route it to the right people, collect electronic signatures where needed, and track progress through reporting. Relevant workflows include candidate applications and onboarding packs for recruitment and staffing; staff or client onboarding and consent for care providers; applications and enrolment for training and education; and mobile forms, inspections and contractor approvals for field-service and multi-site teams. Configurable workflows, reminders, mobile and offline capabilities, and integration with existing systems support delivery. Government, telecommunications, utilities and infrastructure organisations can discuss multi-department approvals and private deployment requirements.
Workflow packages are scoped around processes, organisational needs and usage. Indicative annual package pricing is GBP 12,000 for Workflow Launch (one department and up to five core workflows), GBP 25,000 for Workflow Scale (multiple processes, integrations and reporting), and from GBP 60,000 for Enterprise Transformation (multi-department deployment and advanced or private options). Package scope, users, usage allowances, integrations, onboarding, support and deployment requirements are confirmed in a tailored AWS Marketplace private offer; these are separate from the self-service subscriptions shown in public pricing. Annual contracts with annual payment in advance are preferred. Non-reusable bespoke development is scoped and priced separately. You buy this product as a contract based on the number of users you need. Three fixed tiers cover 1, 5, or 50 users, and each includes a set yearly allowance of power-forms and envelopes. As you move up, both user seats and the annual document allowance increase together. The Enterprise tier is a separate option for organisations needing high-volume processing, their own instance, priority SLA-backed support, dedicated onboarding, and custom integrations. Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An envelope or power-form is a document package sent for processing or signing. Each tier includes a set annual pool: 240 for one user, 600 for five users, and 6,000 for fifty users. The allowance covers the whole account, not each user separately, and resets over the yearly term.
Both apply together. Each tier bundles a fixed user seat count with a fixed annual document allowance, so the two scale as one package. You cannot buy seats and document volume separately. Pick the tier where both the seat count and the yearly allowance fit your expected use.
The three fixed tiers set specific seat counts and yearly document allowances.
