Each engagement follows a structured path: a discovery workshop to identify and prioritize the workflow, analysis of your representative documents and processes, and a fixed-scope MVP delivered in roughly 4 to 8 weeks, followed by a supported test period on real business cases. Solutions are deployed in your own AWS account or infrastructure using containerized services, with Amazon Bedrock inference in your chosen AWS Region (for example, EU inference profiles for EU data residency), AWS IAM-based access control, and audit logging that traces every output back to its sources.
