The Working Backwards process is our method to ensure customer obsession — from envisioning how to delight customers, clarifying new ideas by writing a Press Release and FAQs, and continually evaluating the approach throughout the creation of an idea. In this session, each participant develops their own idea as we collectively work through answering questions to better understand the customer need/opportunity, culminating in a mini-press release document and share out.
